Customer Service is excellent and both the Service Tech and the Customer Service reps are always very courteous, friendly and informative.

I dropped off my car on a busy day before an expected snowstorm, and they were able to squeeze me in. Plus, the person I worked with found tires that were of very good quality for the price. I always appreciate Big O Tires!

I showed up at their store at the exact time they were closing with a tire that was quickly losing air. The gentleman didn't hesitate at all about pulling my truck in and fixing the tire, even though it was at a time they would normally be headed home.

People were all super professional. I was traveling and was in time crunch. I walked in before official opening guy with long beard (didn’t ask his name) was eating a McDonald’s blast sandwich, pushed it aside and helped me...did I mention this was before 7am when the store opened. I don’t live in golden, but I can promise you my son who lives in golden will be a customer now! Thank you

I've worked with this location a few times now for tire service, and everything on my end has always been smooth and easy. They do their work well and get it done when they say they will.
