Big O Tires

I came in because my previous visit was for balancing - and they did it for free. Who does things for free? So with a nail in my right-rear tire I naturally went back to Big O. And of course they fixed THAT for free. The man asked me if that was "fair" and I said "no - you should charge". While waiting I used the free wi-fi. Very nice! I read the entire Washington Post snuggled in a cushy chair. What a luxury. You manager was interviewing a new employee. I was impressed with her straight-forward approach. No BS, just down to work and got him started that day, based largely on a strong recommendation from his prior employer. She explained the bonus programs (including "on time" - what a concept!) and I could tell that she was really excited to be at Big O. I'm sure your new employee felt her enthusiasm, too. Nice! One of these days my M-B S500 will need new tires, and it's either Michelin or Continental. Not cheap. I'll be buying them at Big O. Only suggestion: ditch the old coffee machine for a Keurig.

Guys at front counter were polite and knew the tires and quickly determined the best tires for the price and my needs. Service dept. mounted tires and checked brakes and suspension in a very timely manner as I was a drop in customer and did not have an appointment.

Needef a tire repaired and it was fixed under warranty.

I came into Big O because my check engine light and my traction control light came on while my cruise control light was flashing. While I couldn't provide any symptomatic information about the car, Kurtis and Aaron worked exhaustively to diagnose the problem with my Subaru and gave me the information I'd need should it happen in the future. I've been coming to this location for the better part of a year and have been pleased with the high level of customer service and knowledge the team possesses. I'd definitely recommend the work they do in the future.

Great Job! I called a few weeks ago and arranged to have some Coker tires sent direct to the store to be installed on my "67 corvette. When they came in I drove the car down and Dustin and I went out to the car and discussed my expectations of how the installation should go. I drove the car in to the bay and they checked it over realizing it could not be lifted on the rack as it might do damage to the sidepipes. The chrome center caps were removed and set on the counter to make sure that they were not damaged. They then jacked the back up using floor jacks, doing the back two wheels first, then jacking up the front, and doing those. They took the upmost care with this special installation. My thanks to Dustin and his crew for their care. Job well done. I will be back.

Came in a bit annoyed due to a flat I had encountered when returning to my vehicle for lunch. Had limited to time to get it repaired due to work and they were able to check me in, repair the vehicle and check me out all in about a lunch hour. They asked me if I had purchased the tires there, which I had not but did not hesitate to fix them. In the process of the repair the mechanic found a second hole and plugged that one and top me he was sorry it took longer than expected. All in all the people I had dealt with were friendly and made feel welcome regardless where I had purchased my product. Have been to this location before, but will definitely come back.

The fellas in the shop are outstanding. The service was amazing. I couldn’t of had a better experience. I’ve been to several other tire shops in the Golden Colorado area, and this big O tires is setting the standard.

Exceptional service from Dustin and Adam - my tires were ruined from an alignment problem.They got my car in immediately, replaced the tires, fixed my alignment and were super helpful dealing with the confusing Big O Tire card.

I had new tires installed late last year and have only put 2-3000 miles on them when I noticed one valve stem was leaking. I called and noted this to the person on the phone. He said to bring it in a few days later and I did. When the replacement was complete, I was handed a bill for $28 and was surprised since no mention of being charged was noted before that. I said that and pointed out I only had two to three thousand miles on it. The male behind the counter said it was over a year since I bought them. I replied back that it may have been leaking since they were installed since it was a very slow leak out of the base of the valve stem. He said he would discount it then, and I replied that I wished Big O would have said they would charge me since it is not the closest location for getting a valve stem replaced to my house. When I was handed the bill, it was zero'd out so I thanked him and left.

Service is always professional. Sales reps are very friendly and for this service they explained my options and the pros and cons of each option. Pricing was clear. I expected the car to be in the shop for much longer than it was.

The entire experience was outstanding! I bought two sets of tires and a set of wheels for my 1988 Corvette. I wanted all season tires, but I didn't know what would be best. Kurtis helped me decide on the Riken Raptor. Since my car has a rather unique tire size, it was hard to find good affordable all season tires on my own, but Kurtis found them right away. I also got the Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s, but I knew that I wanted those from the start. Kurtis walked me through my wheel choices, and helped me find the TSW wheels that look amazing on my car. It took a little bit to get the wheels and tires on site since they were shipped in from a couple different states, but it didn't take more than a week. Once I was able to schedule an appointment, there was a slot available the very next day. Kurtis had the most experienced mechanic mount my tires due to the wheels being somewhat bespoke. After all was said and done, the entire process was painless. Nothing was damaged in any way, and I got my car back with nothing missing out of it. Everyone I interacted with was professional and enthusiastic. Thank you. You earned a lifetime customer
