Thanks to the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Sean I was able to speak intelligently at the dealership regarding tire issues I had with my recently purchased car. Sean took the time to educate me even though I was resistant to learn. He was professional and business friendly. Sean displayed a sincere, genuine attitude achieving my acceptance of the situation. Sean never blamed anyone and remained focused on resolving the issue. Thanks to Sean I received a check for $812 from the dealership. Were it not for Sean that never would have happened. My rotors were warped after doing a full brake replacement (with rotors) about a year ago. I was able to schedule an appointment within a week and my rotors were replaced for free.

Always treated with respect Had done a lot of work on my car done right the first time. Have told friends about you. My only problem is could any way that oil changes be cheaper. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great job thank you

i have been using Big O tires for a number of years. they have usually provided superb service. if i have an issue (with TPMS for example) they fix this for no additional charge.

Note- it's not clear here that a 5 rating is better than a 1 but I received excellent courteous maintenance service, so gave it a 5. And I look forward to buying my next set of tires here.

My car was accurately diagnosed and repaired. The Big O employee was able to give an accurate cost and time table for the needed repairs. The price was fair. Driving away after the repairs, I could tell that the mechanic did a good job.

Every time I have gone to Big O and experience some type of issue at this particular location they have always tried to make it right and that says a lot to me as a customer. I know things happen, but it's nice to know they will stand behind when it does.

Sean and the Golden Big O team are professional in every way. We bought new tires and rims for our Subaru Outback with a much more aggressive tread pattern for the snow. (We get up to 4feet in our drive). Sean found the tires in Texas, shipped them in and had them mounted and balanced before I came in, so it only took a few minutes to exchange the tires on my car. Upon arrival I told them I was keeping my factory tires and rims to run in the summer months. Without asking, they put each tire/rim in a plastic bag with all 4 in the back of my car when I left. We have the Golden store do all the work on our Subaru, and if it is something they do not feel comfortable with, they let us know we need to go to Subaru for that particular repair. (Some shop's would try to do the work and muck it up). This shop only does what they do best and stand behind their work. No hidden fees, your told up front the costs on anything you want or need done.
