Had my car in for it's 120K mile check up. They had to keep it over night so they offered a rental. The whole process was easy.

I brought my Audi in with a screw in the tire. I was fully prepared to buy a new set if needed. Troy assisted me in fixing the problem and explained I still have some life left in the tires. This is the best customer service! He is honest, hard working, and very good at what he does. I would trust these guys with all my future tire needs. Tried to charge for a free tire rotation

I was quoted a time of an hour, but my service took longer. The service tech was apologetic and gave me a discount because if the time estimation exceeding the quoted. I've had new tires and oil changes from this location and had excellent service.

Everyone was very nice, I got the tires I need for the winter and it was cheaper than other places I compared to. They replaced filters for me that I didn't plan to have done (because I didn't know they needed to be done) so again that was very convenient for me.

I took my mounted snow tires in to get put on and the wait time was true to what they had told me. The person at the front desk was very compassionate when I told him of my husband's recent passing.

Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. I’m often nervous to use chains due to the lack of honesty, but everyone here was super trustworthy, fair, and all around amazing.
