I went in To have my snow tires put on. The tires were purchased and mounted on rims at that shop. When finished, I was told there was only a $10 charge. I asked why? When tires are purchased there, mounting and rotating are free.He adjusted the fee after he checked my history on line to see that there has always been no fee. Did something change. Did you forget to notify me? I am not happy at being treated this way.

I came in at 8 AM to have my snow tires with rims put on my truck. I had no appointment. The work was still done within a half hour. GREAT!

They did not charge extra for helping me with leakage problems because I had bought the tires there.

I've had many services done at this store over the past several years. Although the wait times can sometimes get a bit long (because they are always busy), it's worth the wait! These guys are honest and very knowledgeable. They have never steered me wrong. Most recently, Dustin went above and beyond to help get my 2005 4Runner repaired in time to turn it over to its new owners. My tire pressure sensors ALL went out at the same time, and the shop didn't have enough on hand to do the replacement. Since there was no time to order the parts, Dustin called around to other BIG O shops and made the trip to get the quantity needed. In addition, he gave me a bit of a price break, since these items are not cheap! Additionally, I had been told by another shop that my front brakes would need replacement soon. Troy drove the car and felt the brakes were in good shape. The brake tech also checked them out and said he found them to be in good shape, at about half-life. They didn't charge me a thing for that and saved me a bunch of money, as well as giving me peace of mind about selling a safe car. Thanks guys! You have my business for life!

Brent Lange was the most calm professional, he had several call ins and let me know he was short handed. They still completed my vehicle faster than expected! Great atmosphere and attitudes!

Kelsea was excellent, the best I've had. Instead of just getting a price quote, maybe coming back later, I made an appointment for new tires.
