It was a busy Saturday at my neighborhood Big O and I did not have an appointment but decided to give it a shot early afternoon not expecting to be serviced judging from the amount of cars that were in their parking lot. The staff up-front found the time to squeeze me in their schedule and were very accommodating. I was thankful and very appreciative and have recommended this location to numerous friends already. Kurtis talked with me over the phone then scheduled me the very next morning and I had my car back by lunch. I learned a valuable lesson from him regarding driving through tar paint and he saved me $800 that my regular mechanic wanted to charge to replace my year old tires rather than just align my car. I was told I may need to return until the tar wears down, which I will gladly do regardless. All my tire related items will be handled with Big O from now on. Thanks so much.

Had issues with leaking tire beads. They fixed the problem quickly and with no charge.

I dealt with Dustin and odd to say, the experience was fun at a tire dealership. He was straight forward in recommending tires, listened to my recommendations and concerns and very helpful. He kept me notified about arrival of the tires and got me in prior to our agreement for installation. I had forgot how new tread quiets the ride and improves the performance. My experience was all positive.

Hard-to-find tires were sourced and shipped in a single day, installed the next and done quickly. Happy to know that I got a lower price than initially expected as well!
