Kelsey was excellent, both on the phone when I was deciding which snow tires to buy, and also in person.

They were upfront about the wait time. They kept me informed about what was going on. The whole experience was simple and they did exactly what they said they would do without trying to upsell me unnecessarily.

I don’t remember the name of the guy that helped me but I needed a quick tire puncture repair because I had a 1.5 hour drive to get to a meeting. He prioritized my repair and I was able to make my meeting. This was appreciated!!!

Been going to BigO Golden CO since we moved to Lakewood after going to Big O Parker CO for about 17 years. In our experience, Both of these Big O shops have always been honest, helpful and fair. Their customer service is personable and excellent. Dustin at BigO Golden is very knowledgeable and has repeatedly been helpful, friendly and gone way above and beyond to get and give info we needed. Everyone there is very good. Waiting area is also clean and comfortable.
