Big O Tires

I took the flat with a nail in it right at opening.It was repaired in about a half hour.Good service and attention.I've always used Big O for my tire needs and will continue to do so.

Eugene, the mechanic at the shop, was phenomenal. My 4Runner has had an annoying suspension squeak for several months and no mechanic, to date, had taken the time to identify its origin. Their theory was that it was bushing-related. Eugene was very persistent in finding its specific origin. He determined it to be coming from the upper and lower control bushing on each side. He informed me that the bushings should still be under warranty, as I have very low mileage on my vehicle. The bushings should not be having this issue so early in the vehicle's life. He attempted to make the squeak go away, at least temporarily, by lubing them with silicone. But, ultimately, they will need replacement. I will be addressing this with the dealership. I want to thank Eugene for his outstanding customer service. Oh, and I was not charged for the diagnosis. Made my day!

Hayden was very helpful in taking down all the items i wanted repaired, letting me know how much it would cost, and communicating when my repairs were completed.

Thank you to the gentleman that drove to Conifer to get tires for me at 4:30pm and have my car back to me by 5:30pm. Did I mention I called at 4pm? You can't beat that customer service!

I smashed by front wheel into the curb about a month ago and was seriously considering getting rid of my 22 year old Volvo. I took it in for an estimate and then thought about it for a week. I was very happy with the repair work and it came in under what the quote was. When did that ever happen? I will continue to use Big O for my summer and winter tires and rotations. I had a CV joint replaced a couple of years ago, and have had no problems since. They have all the bases covered. Definitely recommend them for servicing my vehicles.

Great friendly service

Great time at Big O!!! I went in with measurements that were weird and hard to find, they pulled it up, got it to the store, scheduled and Bam! 2 hours and whole lot less money than the other guys - 4 new tires to beef up my truck for the snow.

Prompt courteous service for a good price and completed before the estimated deadline. I was able to get my tire fixed quite easily.
