Sean (Mgr.) was incredibly helpful. We were in a spot that we needed new tires for two vehicles. He was able to juggle the logistics and provide us a great value. He cared, and worked very hard to please. The work was profesional & completed on time.

I brought LT 265/65/18 Michelin tires, I drove it and mistake that it was belong heavy truck. It is not smooth for ford f150. Next day I went back store. They understand me what happen. They called to michelin customer service, They let us to switch to 265/65/18 defender M/S. I really happy with it. I traveled 6k miles in two weeks. I am honor to Big O Tires and Michelin that they take care of us. I say many Thanks you again.

I have been going to Big O Tires in Golden for years and never have had a problem. One of my locking lug nuts somehow was lost. Even though it took a couple of tries, Sean kept at it until he found the correct replacements.

I think it's a good place to do business. I dropped my car off and they called when it was ready. I drove the car home and noticedthe steering wheel was going back and forth left to right, more at higher speeds. I called them the next day and explained the issue. Adam came and picked up the car from my work and corrected the problem. He then brought the car back later on. I drove it home and noticed a remarkable difference in the feel of my ride. Even though it was not right the first time, I feel that he was able to access the problem immediately then fix it and made sure that I did not have to go out of my way. I deal with the public daily and understand how his honest and mature approach made me feel as a valued customer.

This was a fairly simple transaction. purchased three trailer tires for a trailer. Wheels were off the vehicle and two of the three rims were new.

I showed up 1 hour before closing, with a nail in my tire. Even with a full shop until closing,Dustin offered to personally do a flat repair for me after closing. He fixed my tire, and I was on my way. This is going above and beyond to satisfy a customer. It was much appreciated, and Dustin should be commended for his actions.

Sean, Justin, and the rest of the Big O Tires staff listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and when a small problem arose (a wheel weight was placed on the outer rim, instead of the inner rim, of my right front wheel set), they took care of the problem in rapid time in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

Every person that assisted me with my rotation and nail hole repairs were helpful and friendly. I had visited another Big O that morning and, after that, this experience was refreshing. Thank you!

The guy who fixed our tire went above and beyond to help us out. He was super knowledgeable and even took air out of the other tires when we asked last minute and they were clearly closing shop. We tried to tip him because he was so so helpful and kind but he didn’t even take the tip! We will be back to Big O.
