Big O Tires

Since I just walked in and out within a few minutes I didn't really take a look at the store's cleanliness. Previously, when I've stayed there I have found it to be just fine. I appreciated that there was a female front desk attendant along with Troy. She and Troy were both very personable and helpful. Very efficient yet friendly.

All work was explained to me before it was done. The people were friendly and kind. I have been coming to this shop since it opened in Golden.

My vehicle was serviced starting at the time previously scheduled, and the work on it was performed in a cheerful, timely manner.

I received excellent customer service.

Great customer service..... kind staff

Brought our vehicle in to get the snow tires removed and summer tires put on. Unfortunately more was found wrong with the vehicle than we expected but it was all resolved within 3 hours. Troy did a great job explaining everything to us.

I never feel the "Heavy Upsell" pressure. They explain what needs to be done now and later and what it will cost. I don't feel I'm being hustled.

I have been going to Big O Tires in Golden for years and never have had a problem. One of my locking lug nuts somehow was lost. Even though it took a couple of tries, Sean kept at it until he found the correct replacements.

Big O went above and beyond. My daughter broke down in front of the shop. Someone from Big O ran out and helped her get the car in their parking lot. They then took her to school. We were running short on cash and they allowed us to keep the car their until we could afford to fix it. They then matched Discount Tires price for my other car and had both cars fixed in a day. Wonderful service by Adam and I'm not sure the gentlemans name who helped my daughter. Either way both again went above and beyond. I will go nowhere else for my future needs due to this interaction. Thanks to a great team!

This was a fairly simple transaction. purchased three trailer tires for a trailer. Wheels were off the vehicle and two of the three rims were new.

I have used this location before, and will use them again.

Needed a flat tire patched. The tire was serviced quickly and cost less than I expected.

I came in after losing a tire, and even though they didn't have the tires I needed in stock, they called to the other nearby locations and were able to get my tires replaced in about two hours. Even gave me a discount for the undamaged tires, overall great service!

Sean, Justin, and the rest of the Big O Tires staff listened to my needs, answered all my questions, and when a small problem arose (a wheel weight was placed on the outer rim, instead of the inner rim, of my right front wheel set), they took care of the problem in rapid time in a prompt, courteous, and professional manner.

I was able to get my car in and out by noon, they checked all the fluids and rotated the tires.

The guy who fixed our tire went above and beyond to help us out. He was super knowledgeable and even took air out of the other tires when we asked last minute and they were clearly closing shop. We tried to tip him because he was so so helpful and kind but he didn’t even take the tip! We will be back to Big O.
