Big O Tires

I have had a friend if the family as my mechanic since 1985. He moved out of the Golden area. Big O has exceeded my expectations...I recommend your services whenever it's appropriate. I forget the gal's name. SHE'S THE BEST!!!!

Quick and professional and friendly

The team at Big O Tires in Golden is awesome. I had a dead battery but was able to have someone give me a jump. Went to Big O and had my battery replaced while I waited (in less than 1/2 hour). I even made it to work before my boss - score!

Great overall service

Stopped by due to a slow leak in a tire, they identified the problem and fixed it while I waited. Also assessed the overall "health" of the vehicle, all free of charge. Definitely will be going back when needed!

We came in very late in the day with a screw in our left front tire. Sean the Service Manager told us they would not be able to get to the repair until after closing time, but they would get it repaired for us. And, that they did! Great service a positive and helpful manager and staff. This will not be forgotten.

This is a good shop. Troy, and the crew working the day I was there were interested, knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Kudos to Big O in Evergreen also, as they were booked solid, so they called Golden for me to see if they could help. I'll make the extra drive from now on. Thank you guys!
