Big O Tires

Very positive experience with Big O tires in Golden! Im finally getting on board with Winter tires( as Ive never had AWD and studdless tires Before). Brett and Scott ( the twins) really educated me on my choices for the nasty winter coming up. I got in and out before the winter rush, and was very Pleased with the Tire deal i got from Big O! They have a very nice waiting area as well. Do drop in or call, they will certainly take care of you as well as they did me.

I stopped by this place to fix a flat tire. Employees were kind and did a good job. I like this place.

Had a slow leak in tire...took me right in and fixed it in no time.

I came in for flat tire, and they had it repaired quickly and back on the road -- all at no charge. Grateful for the service when it's already a stressful situation.

They fixed my tire in 30 minutes for $20 and I didn't have to do anything. What more can you ask for?

Should invest in tools necessary to work on my car. Tire smell in the customer waiting area is overwhelming. Dustin the manager was very pleasant and did his best to work around these items.

Guys were really helpful. Been dealing with a shaking issue and you guys even offered to recheck everything. 10/10 in service. Someone buy these guys and gals some lunch they deserve it. -Eric

We took our 250,000-mile Santa Fe to Big O to have the thermostat replaced. First off, they gave us a competitive price quote and a specific appointment time. The job was done in less than 2 hours (as promised). And they even threw in an additional service when they noticed something with the car that needed attention! During our visit to the Golden store (dropping off & picking up later) we were helped by 3 separate Big O employees, and all three were gracious, knowledgeable and very friendly! Thanks and kudos to Troy, the store manager, and his team for running a great operation! We recommend them without hesitation.

Super easy to walk in and get an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. Everything was quick and customer service was incredible as always!

We love this store and have been shopping here for many years. The staff is always very friendly and does their best to get you in and out. My only small suggestion is that the last 2 times I have been in, my car was ready to go and I wasn't told (I was in the waiting area) and I had to ask about it.
