Sean is a legit no bullshit guy. He helped me out with getting a valve replacement on my tire and gave a list of all problems on my vehicle with price ranges. Definitely recommend this place to friends.

I had a flat tire and they we unable to fix it due to the types of punctures, but they were able to help put new tires on that I am very happy about. They kept me abreast of each step of the progress and Dustin at the front desk was so pleasant and helpful!

Showed up on a weekday afternoon and they got my car right in, they explained to me what was out of alignment and how the suspension works and what is and isnt adjustable. Everything was quick and reasonable priced. Car drives great now!

These guys are great, and very customer friendly. They were very straight-forward and helped me adjust to the fact that the nail in the side of my tire was not only the cause of my slow leak, but would require a replacement tire (luckily under the last month of warranty). Unfortunately because my car is 4WD, I had to replace all 4 tires to protect the transmission, but that is life in snow country. Troy, Fert, and Dustin (a CSM math major) were all great, and delivered as promised. Recommended.

Kelsey is always a joy to deal with, is knowledgable and informative and when she is unable to answer a question will always track down the right answer. Big O Golden is our go-to as a family. Every one of our vehicles has been to the shop and I feel we have been treated fairly and given amazing service each time.

Dustin worked with me to get some very nice Toyo drag radials. The store had never dealt with them and he still managed to get them in same day and install them immediately. Amazing customer service and will be coming back for sure.

Ken is the nicest person ever - he greeted me with a smile early in the morning, was clear and upfront with what was going to be done on my car, followed up in a timely manner with what services they thought were necessary, and called immediately upon completion of the job.
