Good job fast efficient my local store couldnt fit me in until next Friday soI asked if there was another store relatively close. They called and sent me to Golden. I drove down and was finished in just over an hour.

The service was fast, accurate, professional and caring!

We were on our way out of town stopped to fill up and noticed our driver side front tire was leaking air at a very fast pace. rushing to find a tire place in golden, my wife found this shop a little into town. We made it there with the tire barely inflated. I walked in and spoke with Dean Roberts, He was very professional and was able to get us in immediately without an appointment. I know this usually isn't procedure and I know you usually need an appointment, But being the awesome store and customer service they are, they seen a customer in their time of need and helped us out. This kind of customer service speaks highly of Big O as a company, and the manager and his employees in that Golden shop. To see a customer in need, and immediately rush to help, will be why I will be a big o customer for life. Thank you Dean, and your whole team out there in golden for everything you guys did for us! You guys saved our day and our family trip! If youre in golden and need a tire shop that actually cares about their customers, Big O golden is the place to go!

Thanks to the OUTSTANDING customer service I received from Sean I was able to speak intelligently at the dealership regarding tire issues I had with my recently purchased car. Sean took the time to educate me even though I was resistant to learn. He was professional and business friendly. Sean displayed a sincere, genuine attitude achieving my acceptance of the situation. Sean never blamed anyone and remained focused on resolving the issue. Thanks to Sean I received a check for $812 from the dealership. Were it not for Sean that never would have happened. Kudos to Sean!!! You are fortunate to have an employee of this caliber.

I have been to other Big O's in the metro and only went back if it was close by... this store is friendly helpful and quick"� There a Big near job 4 miles away-- I drive to the Golden Big O because of the top notch service I have received to date..

Always treated with respect Had done a lot of work on my car done right the first time. Have told friends about you. My only problem is could any way that oil changes be cheaper. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great job thank you

Note- it's not clear here that a 5 rating is better than a 1 but I received excellent courteous maintenance service, so gave it a 5. And I look forward to buying my next set of tires here.

Troy was super accommodating!It was pointed out to me by a friend that my tires were bald.I drove straight over to Big O.They brought in my tires and gave me and my groceries a ride home 25 minutes away!I thought that was above and beyond.They had the new tires on by the end of the day!

Every time I have gone to Big O and experience some type of issue at this particular location they have always tried to make it right and that says a lot to me as a customer. I know things happen, but it's nice to know they will stand behind when it does.

Sean and the Golden Big O team are professional in every way. We bought new tires and rims for our Subaru Outback with a much more aggressive tread pattern for the snow. (We get up to 4feet in our drive). Sean found the tires in Texas, shipped them in and had them mounted and balanced before I came in, so it only took a few minutes to exchange the tires on my car. Upon arrival I told them I was keeping my factory tires and rims to run in the summer months. Without asking, they put each tire/rim in a plastic bag with all 4 in the back of my car when I left. We have the Golden store do all the work on our Subaru, and if it is something they do not feel comfortable with, they let us know we need to go to Subaru for that particular repair. (Some shop's would try to do the work and muck it up). This shop only does what they do best and stand behind their work. No hidden fees, your told up front the costs on anything you want or need done.
