Big O Tires

I came in because I had a very flat tire that was beyond repair. The store did not happen to have my tire size in stock, but they called around to every store trying to find anyone with the right sized tire. Unfortunately, no one had it in stock, and because I lived pretty far out of town, I needed to call a roadside maintenance person to bring me a spare. Big O was very accommodating while I waited, and even installed the spare for free when it arrived. Great bunch of guys, and I thank them very much for doing all the could to get me back on the road!

One of the tires on my Volvo XC90 had been slowly leaking air for over a year. I had taken it to several places and had been told both the tire sensor and tire were OK - basically, just keep filling it with air periodically. Needless to say, this was beyond annoying. Finally, the staff at BIG O in Golden took the time to pull the tire and discovered a nail had been embedded in it. They fixed the tire and had me on my way within 30 minutes. My tire pressure is now steady as a rock, and I am soooo relieved to know all is good. Thank you!!

I think this specific location doesn't get enough credit. These guys explain it to the "T"�! They love what they do , and know what they're doing. You can tell the first 10 minutes you walk in. I'm a costumer for life.

I got a flat tire and called to see if it was possible to replace my tires. The Team did a great job of getting my car in quickly. As a mom with two little kids I was worried about the wait time but they made sure I was out the door in an hour. So friendly, competent and made sure I had what I needed. Very grateful to Big O!
