Im very happy with the Golden Colorado Big O Tire Store. They were able to fit me in despite a heavy schedule and were kind enough and respectful enough to offer me a fair price to change out my snow tires and give my car an oil change as well. They deserve high marks.

Well had a problem once I returned to Denver and the manager at the Lakewood shop was a jerk and not accommodating He also made bad comments about the Golden store and their employees

Good service, polite staff, next-day sourcing on some exotic tires. I was disappointed to not be allowed to drive onto the lift myself (I'm very protective of the car) but it came away undamaged and with new tires apparently correctly mounted. Asked for 32# in the fronts and 34# in the rears. They came within two pounds, but didn't quite hit the mark.

I bought 3 sets of tires for my 3 cars from Big O several years ago. I brought all 3 over 2 days to get the tires rotated. The guys couldn't have been nicer. The work was fast. I asked them to look a few things fully expecting to be told I need work done; no work was needed. Keep an eye on things, but nothing bad. Great service! They always treat me well.

Like the idea of appointments, much, much more efficient. In and out a lot guicker!

Appreciated the Purcell and tires placed in front of service desk to keep me six feet away. As an elder, was very nervous about the young people in close proximity. Had been hiding out except for walks prior to the emergency flat tire.

My experience with Big O Tires was enjoyable. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated as I had a busy day ahead of me. The attendant who helped me was very courteous and helpful. There was hot coffee and cold water available if I wanted it. The store and bathroom was clean.

Quick efficient service for tire rotation

Tire flat repair was timely and of high quality.

I went in for two new tires which they replaced. My air filters were clogged and they replaced those and finally my rear springs were leaking and they replaced those.

Great and efficient service

I came in for an oil change and to have some under-car plastic that had come off my car re-installed. I had the plastic piece in the back of my car, as well as one bolt that had been holding it on. I was assured the tech would try to reinstall it. When I picked up the car, the oil change had been completed (I assume, I don't have a great way to know for sure), but the plastic piece was sitting in the back of my car exactly where I had left it, untouched - and no one said anything to me about it. If the tech had tried and it wouldn't work or I needed a new part, I'd have expected to be told when I picked up the car. But it was clear no one had touched the part. This was the end of the day and most mechanics had left for the evening. Unfortunately when I called back the next morning it took quite a bit of effort to get even an apology. First I was patronized and told that it wasn't a necessary part of my car - to this I will say - the plastic underbody provides some protection from salt/road junk as well as from air resistance which can affect fuel consumption, and if that weren't enough, I wanted it looked at and I'm the customer. I usually get better, more complete service from Big O so it was pretty disappointing to find that I will now need to schedule yet another time to come back and have this looked at. Overall Ken had great customer service but probably needs to double check his techs to make sure the work is actually getting done - or provide an up front, clear explanation of why it was not a good course of action. I will be back to Big O for the basics but I'll think twice about trying to get real work done there again.

Sean was awesome! Got me in with his crew and fixed my flat in a half hour. Even stayed later to help me out on a wet snowy night! Thank you!!
