Both my husband and I felt like we were getting an "upsell". We went in for a new battery and you wanted to sell us a total of $2,500 worth of services.

Bought our tires with warranty from your store in Golden. Had a slow leak in one tire. Service tech spent extra time to find the very small leak and repair. ALWAYS excellent service and selection of tires with a knowledgeable staff to ensure the proper tires for the application.

They got me in and out in a fast and efficient manner.

Sean at the front desk was very courteous at our first visit for the healthy winter special (oil change + other services) on Monday, December 30th. We made arrangements for new tires to be installed on Thursday, the 2nd. Store was much busier and Sean was training a new employee. Tire installation was done quickly, however, the alignment could not be completed. The employee who usually does that was not available that day. Sean apologized and gave us a $20.00 store card for a future visit. I guess my point is that I have to make another trip to Big O tomorrow for the alignment. Would have come back another day if I had known alignment could not be completed with tire installment.

I was expecting a long wait, more than 3 or 4 hours but I was in and out in exactly 2 hours. So happy with the Big O in Golden.

While I was waiting for my tire to get plugged, the storm's computer system had crashed. The crew continued to work with out interruptions. Good job not letting the situation dictate performance!

I was in an unusual position of only needing one tire. The customer service representative went out of his way to help me get that one tire. I was very impressed with the service.

Could not find a replacement tire and car was at the shop for 4 days. Even when they finally found a tire, there was no urgency to get my car completed. I arrived at 5 PM and car was not completed until near 6PM

Larry is a great asset, kept me up to date due to vendor and weather issues. Very pleased thus for with the products purchased. Toni, lead salesman was a great help to Larry, assisting as needed, would make a great store manager.

Minor hiccup to start with that required me to come back the next day. It's not having something go wrong but what you do next that counts. The crew handled it admirably. I will definitely come back.

Would only recommend an after hours drop box for keys. There maybe a reason why you don't do this but it would have been more convenient to have dropped off my vehicle after hours than first thing in the morning. Thanks.
