Telephone wait times become excessive

Really impressive team responding to the massive demand of snow tire change-over before a snowstorm. Thanks all -- I use both Big O in Golden and Big O in Colorado Springs Colorado, love both teams for their friendly and prompt service. In these days retaining the workforce is key because of the cost to find a replacement; consider wage competitiveness and opportunities for the team to advance into more technical mechanics skills or into service management/continuous improvement. I know I would use Big O Tires for my car maintenance services (windshield wipers, air filters, already use them for oil changes) if there's capacity for it.

Great service team. They stayed late to complete the work.

I came in for a flat repair. (It took a long time). The repair left a bump, and when I asked they said the tire needed to be replaced. I had to come back Monday. The service for the tire replacement was excellent.

They were very busy that day and apologized for the wait, also gave me updates on time the best they could and I think they filled my windshield fluid! Not sure if that is standard with an oil change or was a thanks for my wait but I very much appreciated it. The last place I went for my oil does not do that. Excellent service!

Super friendly and attentive to my cars issues.

We have used the Golden store for over five years and keep going back because pricing for services and tires are almost always the best. When we've bought tires there, they have always honored their commitment to rotate them for free. The staff is always pleasant and courteous, although we have had a few communication problems because we thought we both understood the same thing. They have always quickly corrected any issues we brought up.

I was promptly given a free tire pressure check and a tread analysis. Scheduled installation of new tires for the next morning. All was handled very efficiently and my car was ready an hour before it was scheduled to be completed. Very pleased with the service and promptness. I am very happy with my tires and am ready for the snowy mountain roads!!!

All service people (2) on the phone when I got there. Had to wait for a while but not long.

We have come to Big O for tire issues and an oil leak in the past few months and we can't say enough about the great customer service and quality of work. We now take our car there for all of our needs.

It has only been 2 days since the tires were serviced. So far I am pleased with the rotation and balance of my tires and look forward to the next servicing.

I came in at a particularly difficult day, when the phones were down. Sean, the employee who helped me, was professionally dealing with some very difficult customers in a very difficult circumstance. He was kind, professional, and concise in helping me, he apologized because of the amount of work going on, and invited me back another time for an alignment. His attitude was excellent given the circumstances, and I feel he was an excellent face for the company.

I had some tires mounted and balanced.Their prices aren't the cheapest ($112 for labor), but they are local and easy to deal with.The next day I lost a wheel weight, and they were great in getting it fixed quickly.Thanks!
