Big O Tires

Great service, even on a very busy day.

I had an issue with what I thought was a wobbly bad tire. The gentlemen at Big O, told me they would check it out. I asked if they could possible look at the tire real quick because all signs were pointing to a bad tire. They were able to do just that and let me know right away that it wasn't the tire. At that point they drove me back to work and called me when my Jeep was done. They told me what it probably was, as they had checked everything related to the front end that they could and found nothing wrong, and changed my oil (as that was the only thing that I had asked them to do, besides check out the wobble). When I got to Big O to pick up my car they charged me for the work they had done, the oil change, and nothing more. I will be back to get my alignment done when needed. Great customer service!

When I came in, I asked for a relatively aggressive snow and off road tire. I had already shopped around getting prices at competitors. The salesman recommended the Big Foot A/T, which also happened to be on sale. He explained the great warranty, which is unheard of with a 10 ply tire. I looked at the tread pattern and decided that it would fit my needs. Even though the store was booked for Friday, I dropped the truck off and they did a great job fitting it in by the end of the day.

I was very satisfied with the service and a fair price for said services....

I called Adam to say my car was due for a balance/rotation. He promised he would get me finished within an hour and returned the car to me as promised. He also told me that my brake pads were fine. Another shop said they needed to be replaced ASAP. I will most likely use Big O for some other car services. Thank you!

Staff was very friendly and helpful

Best experience at this location. Friendly people working, quick turnaround time. Only complaints are that I was almost charged twice for my wiper blades (honest mistake I believe) and that the cool little DNA report was not completely filled out.

Everyone was great! They even fixed a screw in my tire that I didn't know I had.

I appreciated the fact that staff continued to work on my balance problem until it was solved.

Came in with a very small tire leak (loss ~1 psi per week). Big-O attempted to fix it but could not positively ID the leak source, so cleaned the rim and added goo around the bead hoping it would stop the slow leak. No charge. Thanks Big-O.

The work was done, but we had no contact from anyone, we had to call to check up on the progress of our vehicle. More customers would appreciate updates.

Took my car in for a few things. They were fast, honest and didnt try to repair unneeded items, friendly!

Great tires, great price. My only complaint is they charged me for tire re-cycling and left the tires in the back of my SUV

I found a nail in my tire. I took it to Big O and they not only removed the nail, but found another nail and a screw! And, of course, removed them too. They were obviously paying attention and not just pulling out a nail and then rushing to the next step. Good job!

Overall, good. The biggest area for improvement is with timing. Even with an appointment, an oil change takes 2.5 hours. Often the car sits untouched for at least the first hour. Staff are friendly and helpful, it's just a much bigger time commitment than it needs to be.

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation one of the mechanics noticed my back light out I totally forgot to mention it in the beginning was glad they did thank you

I came into the store in the morning and the manager Sean was helpful with everything I needed for my car. He went through the different tire brands and explained which ones would be best for my needs. I would highly recommend anyone to go to this Golden Big O Store. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to getting the right tires for your car.
