I enjoy this store.

I found that my brake problem was the result of another BigO Tire store doing a poor job of repairing my brakes the first time. I was told to take the car back to that location and have them take care of the problems that they had caused. Since I had stopped going to that location because of their poor attitude and service, I refused to return there because of my distrust of that location. This BigO location said that they would repair the problem at no charge because it was one of the company's franchise that had caused the problem originally. THANK YOU11

Well job done

I always buy my tires here but I wish you would put tire service first. All I needed was a flat tire repaired and I needed to leave my car for half a day. Now it did turn out that I needed a new tire but if you are going to call yourself a tire store first and foremost then that should be the first priority for your customers.

I went to Discount Tires for almost 15 years and did have good service there. Then I realized one day had Big O right around the corner. They are quicker in service than Discount and I've had nothing but positive experiences there. I highly recommend the Big O on south golden Road.

Came here for a simple tire mount on a set of tires not on my car. Overall experience at the front desk was good. Negatives are, price was pretty high, and the technician gouged the inside of at least one rim. I'm happy to pay more for more careful service, however with considering the damage I probably won't be back.

I received an email for a free tire rotation which I took advantage of to make sure my tires were safe. No one tried to sell me anything which I appreciated. The service took about 45 minutes and I was on my way. The front counter staff were very friendly and helpful.

We wish, you have road force balancer machine your shop and it would be less headache to solve problems vibrate tire spins.

My wait was quite long, but Dustan was very nice and explained that there had been problems opening the store in the a.m. and he was very shorthanded.He made every effort to get my car serviced as quickly as possible.I was very impressed with Dustan (store on S. Golden Rd, Golden, CO) He is an asset to your company.

This store is so accommodating that I will never use another store -- not just for tires but for other repairs within their scope of service. Yesterday, trying to diagnose a driving problem, I made an unusual request, that they lift my car's wheels off the ground and let me put it in drive to make sure all four wheels were turning. They were all turning but one was wobbling. Was it the wheel or the axle? I suggested they rotate two of the wheels so we could see if the problem moved (it didn't). They didn't charge me for this special service, and now I can tell the dealer I may have an axle problem for them to fix under warranty. I don't know any other shop which would accommodate me in this way, and it's another reason Big O is my one and only tire store (and more) for life!

The guys at this particular store go out of their way to provide the best service. Last year they squeezed me in at the last minute when I was going out of town and need new tires for my truck, they did a great job on my jeep this year and even fixed a flat on my ATV side by side at no charge. This is a great store and they know what customer service means and they know how to earn and keep you business!
