Have been a regular customer of this store - always please with service. Easily made appointment for sno-tire change - done on time. Issue was that tires were not inflated to the car's spec - so low pressure indicator came on - had to add 10psi to rear and 5 to front on my own.

I had a great experience with this particular store. I was assisted by 3 different individuals and they were all equally helpful. I had some new tires wrapped onto some new wheels and I ran into a problem with a busted lug stud that they fixed for free. It was small and took them no time at all, but the small gesture meant a lot. Also, despite being fully capable of loading my own wheels and tires into the back of my vehicle, the store's associate took care of that for me.

Had one issue but they made it right. Tony was great!

My previous visit for an oil change, full synthetic was used and I was not aware of that. So I was surprised when I found out my oil changes will now be $90 everytime.

Had all the fluids changed on an older pickup which is mostly used for trailering horses. Jacqui convinced me to do them all at once as they had all probably broken down over time. I feel safer and ready for the summer hauling the horses.

I'm a disabled vet /nam on my wat to va in golden. Tire blew, 911 sent patrol car who then called road service was taken to your place. Service was ok in and out in less than 2 cups of coffee. I use the store in westminster so I was certain the service at your place would be as good or better. go rockies

This location is the most helpful I have been on the front range. I have never had a bad experience with a BigOTires and that is why I only shop BigO, but this one I really like.

When I entered tje gentkeman at the 1st desk was unattentive. The assistant manager offered assistance with a smile. As I walked past the 1st gentleman he had no acknowledgement I was there. My vehicle was brought back very soon after my arrival, my tire was repaired and my keys brought to the front desk. Suring this time rje assistanr manager was left to run the front with no assistance. Waiting over 30 minutes to get my keys after my vehicle was complete the assistant helped 3 people at the desk while jugglong 3 - 4 phone lines. He is an exemplary employee. However, there appeared to be poor management of employees during this time. Being on the sercice industry, I was surprised to see the lack of staff support, other emploees were in the area. O could only assume theu were nor qualified or cross traoned ro answer phones or provide customer service or support.

I have a lot of faith I. This Big O regarding my cars tires. They've been professional, knowledgeable, courteous and worked quickly...

We came in to have a brake inspection and your team fit me right in. I shared that the brakes were soft and they flushed and bled the system, informing me real-time on updates and projected outcomes. Great experience.

Friendly and competent service

The alignment results indicated an adjustment is necessary...but the bolts to make the adjustment are missing, need to be purchased, and installed. This is confusing and was not explained well by the counter rep.

Friendly service. Found and fixed a noise problem I had for no extra charge.

Troy & his crew were great. He worked with me by removing my old tires on a Saturday, allowing me to pick up my rims that evening. I then prepped & painted my stock rims on Sunday, & brought them back on Monday for them to install the new tires on the rims. Great job guys & my son thanks you immensely! (His 1st vehicle)
