Big O Tires

I came into this store to fix a balancing issue that was caused by a different Big O store. They were quick to get my car in and I left within a few minutes of the estimated time.

The team is quick and efficient, plus very pleasant!

I HAD AN 8AM APPT. AND WAS ASSURED MY VEHICLE WOULD BE READY IN 2 HRS. OR BEFORE. I ARRIVED 35 MIN. EARLY AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE BEFORE 10. IT WAS DONE 20 MIN. AFTER.

I went to the shop for an oil change without an appointment. Even though they were fully booked, they squeezed me in - and rotated my tires. Very good experience.

Wasn't bad but wasn't great

A little slow and obviously because it is very busy. However satisfied I was with my service it did take a pretty long time to get me word back on the state of things. I was waiting by the phone expecting an update and had to call to figure out where we were with things. Other than that, Troy was really friendly and willing to help in a pinch. stand up guys.

We recently purchased a set of studded Winter Claw tires. We were told it would be about an hour wait and they were true to that estimate. However, upon checking out we were told that one of the wheel covers was missing. Surprised but not thinking too much about it we left Big O and proceeded to Buick parts dept to order a new one. Later that afternoon we received a call from Big O that they found the wheel cover which apparently had popped off and rolled out of sight. We were able to pick it up that same day just before they closed and called Buick to say we no longer needed the part. That saved us $78.00!!! Thank you for the great customer service!!!

They fixed my tire for me and sent me on my way.

Love this store.. Excellent customer service. So good that always busy. All four of our cars are serviced in the Golden store. Great advise, they always treat women with courtesy and respect. They are willing too explain anything and they are super honest. I love this store for these reasons and much more. Thank you guys!

Did a good job on the work and were accurate on the cost of work.Adjusted price for miscommunication on when work would be completed.

Service was slow because they were "slammed" but I got what I needed and was glad for it.

I worked with Dustin on getting a new set of tires that fit my Subaru Crosstrek. He was quite knowledgeable and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each brand/type I was considering. Great experience.

Did what I requested.

As usual, patient, timely and thorough. I'll keep coming back.
