Big O Tires

Very friendly and fast service. My car got right in at the scheduled time and was worked on right away. The best service I have received since I've been going to Big O.

I had an unexpected nail in my tire and ended up having to get four new tires immediately. Dustin was so helpful and very knowledgeable with going over my options. Your team was able to fit me right in and quickly changed my tires. I had my 2 yr old with me and can't thank your team enough for the prompt and fast service -- they really saved my day!

The service techs were genuinely helpful, and got me in and out quickly, which helped greatly, as I had to leave town that day

Troy was very helpful and provided some options for me on the things that had to be done on my car. I really appreciated that he went as far as providing to me the service they provide as far as credit with thier store otherwise, I would of probably left with no service being done as the work to be done the parts alone were too much for my budget. I appreciate when a business has people that care and especially when you are a woman as some companies take advantage and say you need things when in all reality you don't. Troy left before I can thank him for his great customer service skills so please share this with him. Thank you I was very happy with the work done on my car.

Set appointment for seasonal tire change - over/balance etc.. Work was done in less time than it took me to walk across the street to Sbux and finish my coffee.

When we first came in, there was a long line, and the staff coming in from the garage didn't acknowledge or help us at all. However, once we were working with someone, he was very knowledgeable and gave us great recommendations.

Called early in the morning for a tire rotation, made a 1:30 appt got in a little after that but I am patient and realize that not everything goes like clockwork especially when working on vehicles; unknowns come up, I was greeted as soon as I entered the store.They rotated and balanced my tires and even reversed the tires on the rims for me. Service was excellent, the person behind the desk was pleasant, helpful and even reversed the tires at no charge though I had not scheduled that part of it (another unknown). My overall experience was excellent and I will definitely continue to use this Big O location for all my tire needs.

I have always been treated with respect and have been pleased with the service. I just recommended you to my neighbor and she used your service. I hope she will be as pleased as I have been.

Again the pit crew was awesome. The place was hopping and was aware they were running a bit behind. The new tires are quiet and hugs the road like they were made for it. Troy, hum, what can I say without making his head bigger then it already is. A happy client since the day they started so that should tell you something. And the warranty is fantastic. Can't wait till my tires wear out again, ha. Or need another alignment or flush. Thanks guys for a job well done.

I had a little shimmy in the front end. We set an appointment, you got my car in at the agreed upon time and were thru when you said you would be. I'm very happy with the service I have received the last few times I have stopped by.

I came at a busy time and had to wait a long time for the work to get done. My car was finished 30 minutes past closing time. There were still a couple of other customers' cars being worked on. This shop is committed to service and will quit only when the work is done...not at closing time. Also, had my tires in stock unlike most other shops that have to "get them from a warehouse"�.

Fortunately I was only there for seasonal tire exchange, so no product advise needed. However, I've been going to the South Golden Road Big-O for years. Whether to seasonally change out or buy new tires, the team is solid. They're courteous and mindful of my time; they express honestly how much time to anticipate. On occasion, I've stopped in just because of indicator pops up on my car and they're always willing to give it attention. A Solid Shop.

I came into Big O to have new tires installed. When I got home I happened to notice the passenger side rear wheel cover was missing. I reported this to the Big O service rep right away and was assured Big O would make things right. About 48 hours later I'm still not sure what is going on. I'll follow up with them again today. Time will tell.
