Big O Tires

My appointment was for 7:30 AM. They got me right in and completed the rotation in a half an hour. Very good service. I like getting the email about the time my tire rotation is due.

I have been a long time customer and always received excellent service. Kelsea and Dean did a great job yesterday. . It is wonderful to have such a cheerful, happy and helpful person answering the phone. The staff at the Golden location is always very nice, and I appreciate their prompt service when I need my tires inflated or have any questions. Keep up the good work!!!

Tires went on fairly quickly and I feel like it was a good price. Unfortunately there was an issue with the install and about 5 hours later I had a flat tire. I was leaving work and headed to my son's school to pick him up. I had to scramble to find someone else to pick him up so that I could get my tire fixed. Since the air pressure was so low it could not wait or be driven on more than the mile it was to the shop. I understand that mistakes happen and that some products are faulty. I guess the only thing that really bothered me was that there was no real acknowledgement that this was an error on their part or that it took an extra hour out of my day. I also had to secure child care for my son that was unexpected. Then to follow it up with "of course I won't charge you for this" was an insult. I am not sure what they would have charged me for, not having them put the valve on correctly? Overall I am very pleased with the tires and I really appreciate the services that come with the tires. I just thought that the comment was out of line. I will continue to refer people to Big O since it is convenient and other than this instance, my family has had no issues.

I had a nail in my tire. To was removed and packed fast at no charge.

Dustin did a great job communicating with me about the status of my vehicle. The pricing was more than fair and they completed the work on time. Will bring my vehicle back to them the next time I need service work completed on my vehicle.

I had an appt for services. This appt did not show up in their new computer system but did under my name. Customer service person added me to the schedule and I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my vehicle to be taken back. During my 1.5 hour wait people were coming and going and desiring repairs to be done that day. The guys at the counter were awesome to show each person they cared about their needs. They attempted to meet all the needs on that same day or scheduled for the following day. I did not get my next oil change sticker because they were so busy but they did a good job. One of the guys at the counter actually would run back and work with the other guys in the service shop and then back out when someone would come through the door. Awesome team. I have a Big O in my town but I drive down to this Big O just because of the customer service.

Overall experience was pleasant. Employees were friendly and helpful all the times I was in the store. I did request an alignment, which was on my quote. I had to ask whether or not it occurred before paying. The alignment wasn't done and luckily the techs were able to get my car right back in the bay for the alignment and my payment was adjusted accordingly. I'm glad that I asked before being charged for a service prior to leaving :)

I love my neighborhood Big O Tire and appreciate the service they offer to patch tires. Thanks and I will have my car worked on there when it needs.

I was on hold for 20 minutes the first time I called before they said they'd call me back. They didn't. I decided to just go to the store and they got me in and fixed my tire in under an hour though.

I had trouble with my interlock device while I was in the bay, the guys were gracious and patient and helped me check my battery. They were kind and understanding when I became frustrated beyond any of our control

I special ordered new tires for my car and when installed they initially didn't fit due to wheel spacers. The employees helped me to get the tires to fit by removing the spacers. A long the process of removing the spacers a wheel stud was stripped and hubcentric rings left behind the wheels that did not require them. I returned the next day and the store removed the rings but then stripped another lug nut. They then replaced the stripped lug nut and had me come so they could retap the threads on my stripped wheel stud. In the end everything went smoothly even with hiccups a long the way.

The people here are what brings me back every time. They are always friendly and helpful and give you their best.

I have been going to Big O in Golden forever, but I really appreciated the professional service and courtesy yesterday. The store was very busy, being battered by high winds and charging me exactly $0.00 for the flat fix. To me, that is a huge statement about the service at Golden Big O. In fact, i reminded my Daf in Florida about the store because he is un Colorado very often. Thank you!

Saturday morning I was packing our van for a quick business trip to the mountains for a meeting.We had a 3 hour drive ahead of us and I realized that our tires were shot.I called the store and was told that we could have our tires replaced in 30-45 minutes so we proceeded.The staff was friendly and the service was good.The only problem we had was the tires took a little longer as they got very busy right when we arrived.We also had a little damage occur to our car when a lift block dented the bottom edge of our passenger side as they are lifting the car.The staff quickly pointed our their error, referred us to a body shop and promised to take care of whatever the cost was for repair.I hope the body shop has good customer service and quality.Overall, the staff did a good job of working with us in a rush, then they did the best they could do when they made a mistake.
