The associate was kind, personable and listened to my issue. He apparently does not work at this store and asked another associate for proper information which I greatly appreciated. They did exactly what I asked and I will be telling my son about this place so he can use their services as well

We've been in several times and have always been treated politely and kindly. Fair prices and this last time, they repaired two small punctures in my otherwise fairly new (1 year, 11k miles) tire that I was happy to not have to replace. Great team all around.

Well had a problem once I returned to Denver and the manager at the Lakewood shop was a jerk and not accommodating He also made bad comments about the Golden store and their employees

I bought 3 sets of tires for my 3 cars from Big O several years ago. I brought all 3 over 2 days to get the tires rotated. The guys couldn't have been nicer. The work was fast. I asked them to look a few things fully expecting to be told I need work done; no work was needed. Keep an eye on things, but nothing bad. Great service! They always treat me well.

My experience with Big O Tires was enjoyable. I was in and out quickly which I appreciated as I had a busy day ahead of me. The attendant who helped me was very courteous and helpful. There was hot coffee and cold water available if I wanted it. The store and bathroom was clean.

As a walk-in, I purchased tires, and they placed them on my car in a fast and friendly service. I was extremely satisfied.
