Big O Tires

I guess someone went home sick so my scheduled appt for an alignment and rotation took 3 .5 hours, luckily I wasn't waiting

The team was very helpful, Troy? Was very good to work with from the first phone call. I was in for an tires and an alignment. The truck was delivered as promised with no delay I would rather not be offered a credit card app if I need a CC I will get it, Thank you for the great service

The only comment I have is that I wish when I scheduled the service they gave me a time estimate on the work. I took time off work to get there only to find out I didn't take enough time, and I had to reschedule. It's not a big deal, but it would have been helpful :)

I needed new front brakes and I only had a few hour window to bring in my car. Adam and Troy promised me it would be ready by the time I needed it and it was. No more squeaky brakes. Thanks guys!

The store manager (Troy?) was fantastic. I called before I arrived, and he was thorough and helpful and friendly. My service was performed efficiently, and Troy made sure to show me how much tread was left on both sets of tires. The last time I came to the store, I had a negative experience - I arrived 15 minutes before the store opened, waited in the rain even though workers were in the store, and then was told there was a long wait from the night before, and that my car wouldn't be finished until the next day. I understand things get backed up, but the person helping me that day was not friendly or helpful at all. I was hesitant to call again, but Troy was so wonderful that I will definitely come here next time I need tires changed over (which might be as early as next week on my other car!).

The best tire deal ever and I have been buying tires since the 60's

3 of 4 valve stem caps were missing after swapping out my summer tires for the winter set. May not be a big deal but if they are on when you drop the car off, you would expect them to be there when you pick it up. If something like this is overlooked always makes you wonder about the quality of work or pride in service you are getting.

A few things bothered me on this visit. They suggested I get my brakes done but it would cost about a thousand dollars. That's not right an accurate price at all they noticed that my check engine light was on (has been since you guys messed up my last oil change) but didn't check or clear it. Also you had Fox News spewing its hateful propaganda through the waiting room. I don't care what way you lean but don't force the customers to listen to that crap.

Took my car to Big O Tire and Golden for semiannual rotation of snow tires. When I left my idiot lights were on and I had to go back to find that a wire harness connector was left unplugged under the hood. We corrected it. When I got home and went to put the snow tires away and checked them I found that they were not marked as requested of where they were taken off the car. I called and spoke with the manager about both issues this morning.

Dustin and the crew were excellent.

Hazell did a very good job taking care of my tire needs. The computer input required was excessively long and annoying.

Great staff and management, always willing help and work with the customer.
