Big O Tires

Took good care of my car. running smooth! gave me a 20 dollar discount because that had a little trouble with one of the vehicles. So i got my car back about an hour and a half latter. overall good place to have car serviced.

Big O Tire worked on an alignment sleeve that was frozen up. They called to inform me of the problem and worked till it was solved and then aligned my truck. Thank you

We were traveling and got a flat tire, I called around and they said they could have a tire by 11am to 12 noon, I went with my husband who is disabled and they said at first shipment not in yet, then they said Monday-this was Saturday, then I asked if they had any tire that would match size wise to get us home, they did and it took them another hour. Funny, but if some one would have offered a full set of tires earlier, I would have done it but no one offered

It took near to 30 minutes (AFTER work on my vehicle was completed and moved out of the garage bay to the parking lot ) to get the attention of an employee and pay and leave. I totally felt "invisible." I left quite pissed off!

Great customer service!

1. no one present upom entering store.. 2. seemed to not be clear about what I needed done so I repeated it to be sure.. 3. I was advised by phone , my vehicle was ready. I came in only to find it was not done and waited 1 1/2 hrs. for it to get completed. 4. my key and door remote were not connected when i left them at store. when I picked up my vehicle, the key was returned to me. the remote was never found. 5. I had to reschedule a visit to get the vehicle fixed since it still dies at idle or slow runnimg which promted my visit in the first place. I will return om tuesday 1/28 to get the work done, I hope.

Brought car in for no charge balance and rotate. Was told it would be two hours as I had not made an appointment. The car was ready in just over an hour. Worked out with other errands perfectly.

I've been going to this location for several years. It's easy to see that management has changed over the past year. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet is leaking. There's a coffee pot, but not cups for customers. There's a box of tea, but no hot water? I was in for a winter tire change over and wasn't able to make an appointment as in previous years, so, even though I was the first customer in the door at 0700, I waited 3 hours. The front desk guys were polite and the tire change over went fine, no complaints there. There's room for improvement though.

The Big O and golden is the best Big O store ever been to. I moved to Castle Rock and I'm going to miss them. Employees are extremely dedicated to customer service.

I came in for a flat tire repair and dropped my car off for the day. While I was at work, I called the store 10 times to ask for an update as I was unsure if the tire was able to be patched or would need to be replaced. Of those 10 times I called, only once did someone answer the phone. I was then put on hold for 12 minutes. I eventually hung up and just got a ride to the store to ask about my car. At both drop off and pick up, I received great customer service. However I was very frustrated with not being able to reach anyone throughout the day. When told about this issue, the employees said they were busy and to just continue to call throughout the day until someone answered.

Great service and good prices. The guys in the front desk are really nice.

I took my truck in because I had a screw in the right front tire and wanted it checked/repaired as well as an inspection of my suspension components and a tire rotation. They checked the tire and the suspension but did not rotate my tires.

Good service once they got to me. Scheduled appointment for 7:00 am, arrived and was told mechanic would not arrive for another hour, so I had to wait.

Great staff very helpful and knowledgeable.

The staff are friendly and appear knowledgeable, however after being told that they can't fix the tire pressure light on my 2019 vehicle because the software on their machine isn't up to date...makes me think the friendly service is being negatively affected by poor performing equipment.

The men were extremely helpful on the phone, and in person. It was worth the drive down from Idaho springs!

We did an alignment on a Impreza and the employee was very knowledgable. Very pleased with his explanation. Service time was horrible.

Nice guys.Tony helped a lot. I had no idea Big O Tires could do engine repairs until I came in for a tire rotation and asked where I could take it and they told me they could fix it. They had the fan motor fixed and new plug installed in 2 hours. Super great guys, very friendly and awesome with customer service.
