When bringing my car in to have 2 tires replaced due to a wheel failure I provided the store plentiful information about what I needed ahead of time and had provided a new oem wheel upon dropping the car off. It took roughly 3 hours from my scheduled appointment for the techs to mount 2 tires and install back on the car. I have worked as a heavy duty equipment mechanic for nearly a decade and am by no means inexperienced beheind a wrench. When I picked up the car it took no more than a minute to determine the right rear wheel had an exteme positive camber and toe in indicating terrible misalignment and a condition in witch two brand new tires would be ruined in less than a week. Not once was this mentioned to me by techs or office staff. Had an alignment check been offered they probably would have noticed that the place they used to lift the vehicle, the front lower control arm was bent nearly 6 inches. When going to repair this damage two lug nuts were cross threaded and one was loose. This kind of service is what gives big o tires a bad name.

I have gone to other Big O shops around the metro area, and by far the Golden crew are tops! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I seem to find a tool box to run over periodically and their crew always helps me out. Great job guys! Thanks!

The tires I was told were available weren't actually available in the store. After waiting to hear from them for 4 hours, I finally called to see what was happening since no one bothered to call me. I then was told they didn't have that tire and they had to get them from somewhere else. When I was finally able to get my car, they didn't bother to put the caps on the air stems. Then when I started driving away, my diagnostic system said I had low air pressure so I had to go back. It was not the greatest experience.

I went here to get my brakes fixed and had a wonderful experience. They did a great job explaining what was wrong with the brakes and what they needed to do to replace them. Very friendly and helpful staff!

The day following my visit for 4 new tires, the TPMS system detected a tire pressure issue. I stopped on my trip at another Big O tire place and they said that the car was probably not recallabrated. The checked the pressure on all 4 tires ad reset the system. This should have been completed upfront verses the inconvenience of having to do this during a trip.

Oil change, fix slow leek and windshield wipers. **** I know you all are not primarily a oil change place but when I come to your store and there are 6 guys who are clearly just hanging out ....and I'm told I have to come back for an oil change, was a little insulting. When I said 'really?' to the man who was helping and pointed to the gaggle of guys he said... 'believe me ...I know what you're saying'. What does that say? I can't control my own staff? The other point is that the coupon was not offered. After the work was agreed to, and he tally was calculated, the total seemed high. Going back over it, we mentioned the coupon, the tally was re calculated pulling out this, that and the other thing leaving us feeling.... 'wow... what are we getting then'? Like a popsicle...without the stick? A discount should be only in price....not in quality or service. That's what keeps people coming back.

Despite a scheduled appointment, I waited about 1 1/2 hours before my car was taken into the garage for a 10-minute tire rotation.I now realize that the appointment time actually means a 2-hour time window, but this wasn't communicated to me in advance.I recommend a scheduling system that offers better customer service.

I only use Big O tires for my suspension/tire needs. The crew in Golden are always great and I am very thankful.

We went to get oil changed and had to take the car back at 2:00 and was told it would be ready by 4:00. Went back at 4:00 and the car wasnt touched. Thry said they rotated the tires. But vthe car wasnt moved from the way it was parked. Went back at 5:00 and it was ready. I really think we were slipped through holes because they were so busy.

Dustin Burchett did a fantastic job. I live in Summit County and don't have a good opinion of the Big O in our area so called your location after seeing the prices were lower online. Talked with Dustin and he helped me decide what tire, ordered it, schedule my appointment several days later and delivered on time. I have already recommend ed Dustin and your location to others in my area!

Tires were supposed to be balanced and rotated with the primary service and they were not. Had to return and get them at least rotated Not sure if the balance was checked

KEITH BLAKE - OWNER. Wanted to let you know that I tried to share (copy/paste) my comment on Facebook but it said, "This page is not available at this time", so I was UNABLE to. Sorry. Maybe it's something wrong w/FB system. ********* Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Been working with Dustin for a few years now and trust him implicitly. He's very knowledgeable, explains things so I (decidedly NOT a car person) can understand and Dustin has gone above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. Also Manager, Troy and more recently have worked with Tony. It's reassuring to have an auto place that we can trust. And Big O Golden is excellent. PS: The waiting area is always clean and tidy. I've worked w/ratings pages like this before in my career and when people rated everything 'excellent', I often wondered if they just filled them in w/o reading them. I chose the 'cleanliness' question to give a 4 so you would know that I DID pay attention to what I was reading.

I brought my car in for (4) new tires and an alignment. They replaced my four tires and ended up having to replace a bad tire pressure sensor. When I picked my car up I notice they had not straightened my steering wheel, so I took it back. The next day Troy made sure it was taken car of, though it took about 9 total hour. He got me a ride to a from work which I greatly appreciate. They may have had some difficulties getting the work done but they 100% made sure it was done right. I still need to go back for some parts and minor parts but Troy has assured me it will be taken care of. Dustin on the other hand comes off as a complete asshole, with zero regard for the customer. When I asked him about my car he became defensive/arrogant and could not explain to me what was going on. He could stand to learn quite a bit from Troy.

I have a v8 miata that I put off the track at High Plains Raceway. The team at Big O on South Golden Road did a superb job aligning the car back into spec (with a slight toe in upon my request). I was also able to get a ride local to and from the shop. Super nice touch on their part.

I was impressed on how fast they worked me in. The front area customer service was great as well as the service I received. The only drawback was my car had dirty finger prints all over the console the side and seats. I knew every step the technician took in my car.

To whom it may concern I am just a satisfied customer. I don't rave about anything but I must say the company across the street from you tried to sell me new wheels and tires said my tire size know longer exists. I was stranded on a recent trip with a flat tire and no spare...got a hold of Dustin at Big O and from the minute we spoke on the phone he put my nerves to ease. Long story short, probably the best experience I've ever had in travel times of turmoil. I can not thank Dustin and the staff enough for their prompt and courteous service. Dustin, thank you!
