When I came to pick up my car the mechanics had left a piece of my car dangling from the bottom which had been attached when I dropped it off. When I inquired about it and they inspected it, they said they accidentally broke off some connecting piece and the only way to fix it would be to completely remove it, which would be a lengthy process which I didn't have time for. There was no offered apology or compensation.

I was preparing to go skiing when my tire pressure gauge reminded me to check the pressure in my tires. I discovered a screw in the back tire. Having purchased my tires at Big O, I drove in, and since they were not super-busy, they were able to repair my tire, and in addition, checked fluids in my car. I was on my way to skiing within the hour. Thanks!

Sorry, Keith but I am not happy with the 2nd tire balancing I have received in just one week. I was in last week to have the winter tires already on their wheels put on and my first trip on C470 indicated that the tires were not properly balanced as there was a lot of vibration at 70 MPH. So I called to have this fixed and was able to get in the next day. Unfortunately it did not get fixed the second time...still a lot of vibrating again at 70 MPH so I will have to take it somewhere else to have this fixed. I do like the friendliness of your staff and the convenience of your location.

Troy and Tony were extremely professional and offered a tremendous value over the local competition. They were very flexible with me regarding time and even shuttled me back and forth to my other vehicle up the street. Bravo!

The first guy I talked to over the phone Dustin was excellent he gave me very good service over the phone and in person he helped me save money by going through your company- HOWEVER the they guy that first approached me in the store before I finally asked to speak to Dustin was very short didn't really seem willing to help and that's why I ended up asking for Dustin. You guys accommodated my needs very well overall but I did notice after bringing my car to your company my driver door has an issue with opening and closing now. The top scores I gave was really how well Dustin helped me to get money saved and quickly

This was just a oil change. In the past I have brought my vehicles here for oil changes. I have also bought a few set of tires from you for my cars. I've been happy in the past with my experiences. I do think that for tires you are very good shop. However, for oil changes this will probably be my last trip. The oil change is as expensive as an oil change with the dealership. It took almost two hours to complete ( I did have an appointment). Also, it states that they fill and top off liquids. The windshield washer fluid and some coolent was not topped off (not sure of what other fluids are supposed to be included). If I'm going to pay dealer rates I want the service to meet or exceed the experience and service I get at the dealership. Like I said, I will come back for tires as that is where I think your expertise is. Thanks for opportunity to leave feedback.

The employee's of this Golden, CO store go way beyond the normal expectations for tire stores. They are knowledgeable about suspension, alignment and core automotive mechanics.

I was impressed on how fast they worked me in. The front area customer service was great as well as the service I received. The only drawback was my car had dirty finger prints all over the console the side and seats. I knew every step the technician took in my car.

I came into the shop to purchase two new tires for my Mazda 6. They were helpful in suggesting the proper tire and explaining the benefits of each tire. The service was quick and the tires were installed quickly. During the service the service tech inspected my vehicle and discovered that I needed a transmission service very badly. This discovery saved my vehicle's transmission, saving me thousands of dollars.

I don't rave about anything but I must say the company across the street from you tried to sell me new wheels and tires said my tire size know longer exists. I had some bad experiences with Big-O tire stores in the past (grumpy staff and poor service) so I've been going to Discount Tire for the past 10 years. However, I decided to give Big-O another chance. Every employee at the Golden location went above and beyond to provide great service. I will come back again. You've got a great team at this location. Please tell them to keep up the great work!

Over 2 hours to get new snow tires. Service tech did not put my other tires in my car! Tech broke one of my TPMs. Had to come back on Saturday morning and had to wait over 2 hours to get the right TPM replacement.

Big "O" has been my choice from my first introduction to them and their service. I would not go to another store. They are helpful, have the best tires, can't beat the service, and are more than willing to bend over backwards to help solve the problem no matter whose fault it may be. Even in the worst of times, I have been totally satisfied with your service.

I came for my appointment at noon (Sat 10/7) and returned an hour later (they said it would take an hour) only to find they hadn't even started yet. Had to wait an additional hour. Upon returning it was unclear to me that the tire pressure sensors in the tires in my trunk might trigger a malfunction of the sensors (my car thinking I had flat tires because 3 of the 7...one sensor ordered was the wrong year so one was missing...said 0 pressure essentially), thus I returned to the shop another time. I took all the tires out of my car, sensors still not registering and now the front left tire continues to lose air as I check my tire pressure the old fashioned way. I've had to fill up 2x already because of a slow leak. Unfortunately, my appointment was on a Saturday and BigO isn't open Sunday. I got the tires on over the weekend in preparation for the snow today, wishing at this point that I hadn't. I'll have to return a 4th time to get this slow leak (in my brand new tires) taken care of and a 5th time to pick up the proper sensor that was reordered. This has been incredibly frustrating as a consumer with the expectation that the job would be done right the first time. I will say throughout this process, Dustin, so far, has been incredibly helpful and displayed excellent customer service. All of this was out of his control and he was very patient in helping me. I'll have to go to a different BigO today for the slow leak in the front left because I won't make it back to Golden before the store closes.
