I had to order two new snow tires. The person who helped me checked my records and had the tires brought to the store in time for my appointment. Except the tires were not the right size. And I waited for two hours before they realized the tires were the wrong size. I came back two days later and everything was resolved but I was pretty irritated that I had wasted my whole morning in the waiting room. And that they tried to pass the mistake off on my husband. Mistakes happen, but they should have compensated me at least a little for my wasted morning. We will probably go somewhere else next time.

KEITH BLAKE - OWNER. Wanted to let you know that I tried to share (copy/paste) my comment on Facebook but it said, "This page is not available at this time", so I was UNABLE to. Sorry. Maybe it's something wrong w/FB system. ********* Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Been working with Dustin for a few years now and trust him implicitly. He's very knowledgeable, explains things so I (decidedly NOT a car person) can understand and Dustin has gone above and beyond to take care of our vehicles. Also Manager, Troy and more recently have worked with Tony. It's reassuring to have an auto place that we can trust. And Big O Golden is excellent. PS: The waiting area is always clean and tidy. I've worked w/ratings pages like this before in my career and when people rated everything 'excellent', I often wondered if they just filled them in w/o reading them. I chose the 'cleanliness' question to give a 4 so you would know that I DID pay attention to what I was reading.

It took all day to get new tires put on my truck. They did replace my air sensor for free. However, within 36 hours after I got my truck back, the air sensor light went on and will not turn off. Also, driving seems wobble. I will be making an appointment for them to double check things.

I have a v8 miata that I put off the track at High Plains Raceway. The team at Big O on South Golden Road did a superb job aligning the car back into spec (with a slight toe in upon my request). I was also able to get a ride local to and from the shop. Super nice touch on their part.

Went to pick up my car, and the doors were left unlocked and the sun roof was left open. I picked up my car on Monday,and they completed it on Saturday, which made me feel like the security of my property was not a concern of theirs. Also, my vehicle was parked not in their lot at the time I picked it up, but at the parts store next to their store.

If you'd like an honest review of your business or service, I would suggest you solicit comments in a way that can't be linked to a person. From a customer's perspective, I don't know who on your staff receives your reviews or who will service my vehicle on my next visit.

I was stranded on a recent trip with a flat tire and no spare...got a hold of Dustin at Big O and from the minute we spoke on the phone he put my nerves to ease. Long story short, probably the best experience I've ever had in travel times of turmoil. I can not thank Dustin and the staff enough for their prompt and courteous service. Dustin, thank you! I had a flat tire, so went to Big O for replacement as my tires are currently under warranty. They found about $1000 of brake work that needed to be done, which wasn't a problem. My issue rested in our request for them to replace the spare tire (multiple times) and them failing to do so, and on our request for them to fix the low pressure light that has been on - which they failed to do as well. I realize that the work on the brakes was necessary (or at least I hope so given the amount it cost), but it is poor customer service to not do as small a thing as replace the spare tire under the car. Also - I am at risk as a driver having a faulty low-pressure light. So now, I am left having to make ANOTHER appointment to bring my car in to have the low-pressure light fixed and I have the added inconvenience of having to replace my spare tire under the car. Things that would not be a big deal if I didn't have to pay Big O $1000 for work and shouldn't have been hard to address while my car was in the shop.

I was preparing to go skiing when my tire pressure gauge reminded me to check the pressure in my tires. I discovered a screw in the back tire. Having purchased my tires at Big O, I drove in, and since they were not super-busy, they were able to repair my tire, and in addition, checked fluids in my car. I was on my way to skiing within the hour. Thanks!

When I came to pick up my car the mechanics had left a piece of my car dangling from the bottom which had been attached when I dropped it off. When I inquired about it and they inspected it, they said they accidentally broke off some connecting piece and the only way to fix it would be to completely remove it, which would be a lengthy process which I didn't have time for. There was no offered apology or compensation.

Troy and Tony were extremely professional and offered a tremendous value over the local competition. They were very flexible with me regarding time and even shuttled me back and forth to my other vehicle up the street. Bravo!

Sorry, Keith but I am not happy with the 2nd tire balancing I have received in just one week. I was in last week to have the winter tires already on their wheels put on and my first trip on C470 indicated that the tires were not properly balanced as there was a lot of vibration at 70 MPH. So I called to have this fixed and was able to get in the next day. Unfortunately it did not get fixed the second time...still a lot of vibrating again at 70 MPH so I will have to take it somewhere else to have this fixed. I do like the friendliness of your staff and the convenience of your location.

The first guy I talked to over the phone Dustin was excellent he gave me very good service over the phone and in person he helped me save money by going through your company- HOWEVER the they guy that first approached me in the store before I finally asked to speak to Dustin was very short didn't really seem willing to help and that's why I ended up asking for Dustin. You guys accommodated my needs very well overall but I did notice after bringing my car to your company my driver door has an issue with opening and closing now. The top scores I gave was really how well Dustin helped me to get money saved and quickly

The Golden Big O Crew lowered my 2011 F150 FX4, they have also installed lift kits and other suspension modifications to two other vehicles for me. Complete the suspension work your dreaming of here.

This was just a oil change. In the past I have brought my vehicles here for oil changes. I have also bought a few set of tires from you for my cars. I've been happy in the past with my experiences. I do think that for tires you are very good shop. However, for oil changes this will probably be my last trip. The oil change is as expensive as an oil change with the dealership. It took almost two hours to complete ( I did have an appointment). Also, it states that they fill and top off liquids. The windshield washer fluid and some coolent was not topped off (not sure of what other fluids are supposed to be included). If I'm going to pay dealer rates I want the service to meet or exceed the experience and service I get at the dealership. Like I said, I will come back for tires as that is where I think your expertise is. Thanks for opportunity to leave feedback.
