Big O Tires

The rotation went great. I was told my brakes were in very bad shape and needed replacing immediately. I was given an estimate of slightly more then $600.00. I believed the counter person but wanted to double check with my normal mechanic. He checked and said my brakes had easily another 10,000 miles before replacement would be necessary. Quite a difference I'd say. It left me wondering if I should ever trust your opinion going forward.

HAD TO RETURN CAR FOR DEAD BATTERY ISSUES . A DEAD CELL WAS FOUND TO BE THE PROBLEM ON THE BATTERY I BOUGHT ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. THE SALES PEOPKE WERE SHOCKED I HAD BOUGHT THE BATTERY FROM THEM, WHICH WAS AN ALLSTATE BRAND. THEY DID NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT ON HAND SO I HAD TO WAIT FROM A FRI. TO MONDAY AFTERNOON TO GET IT REPLACED . THIS WHOLE THING WITH BIG O SEEMS ODD AND GIVES ME PAUSE ABOUT FUTURE BUSINESS THERE.

I have always had superb service from Big O and have brought multiple vehicles in for service. This time was an exception. Although I appreciated your taking the car without an appointment, you promised and entered on the service order to check and repair turn signal and rear window wiper. Only the oil change was performed and the other items weren't even checked. If you are not able to complete service as promised the same day, I would appreciate knowing ahead of time so that I don't have to make two trips. I called the day before and was told it would be completed same day if we left the car.

Dustin researched the best option for 21"� Snow Tires on our Porsche Cayenne Turbo and informed us about the nuance differences between the Yokohama and Pirelli options. Dustin found the Pirelli tires at another Big O and had them rushed over within 24 hours, and scheduled us up as snow was in the immediate forecast. Discount Tire couldn't get them for 7-10 days and called me back 3 hours after Dustin had already taken our deposit over the phone. I was quoted 2-4 hours for the service (4 if I needed an alignment), so I dropped and Ubered to a dr. appointment. They installed the tires and called me in 1.5 hours, I approved the alignment service and grabbed a quick bite to eat and then Ubered back and they were done when I got there. They had a nice alignment print out that showed me how off my alignment was (from my dealer in May when I bought new summer tires). The winter tires and alignment feel better than the summer tires and they grip and hug the Canyon roads nicely! Thanks team Big O, I'll buy all my tires here in the future!

Overall, the service was good. They did leave our radiator cap loose, causing fluid loss and engine heat concern. Had to refill radiator.

Did a good job on the work and were accurate on the cost of work.Adjusted price for miscommunication on when work would be completed.

No reminder for next service and not even sure they applied the discount ... at least is not clear in the invoice... too busy to check and call back for this... just not going back

I worked with Dustin on getting a new set of tires that fit my Subaru Crosstrek. He was quite knowledgeable and helped me weigh the pros and cons of each brand/type I was considering. Great experience.

I was advised by Brett that my drive shaft had play and could fail at any moment. The quote to repair all 3 joints was 785.00. I got a second opinion from a reputable shop which inspected the truck and quoted 325.00. Also stating the fix wouldn't be needed for some time.

As usual, patient, timely and thorough. I'll keep coming back.

I got a oil change and the technician forgot to reset the sensor and now my car keeps telling me I need a oil change. Extremely frustrating during the holidays when I have no time to get this fixed. Should have been part of the service.

Kudos to the young men you have at this facility. Brett and Adam have been super customer friendly and are true professionals.

Could have had more product comparison as I got different tires than I planned, timing was not good as "!delivery truck was late"� causing me to be 2 hours behind plan

We came in at closing time, still took care of us, husband asked if they could clean our brakes as they were smoking coming down a big mountain. As it turned out, it was a good thing we stopped. Made an appointment and we are sitting here waiting for them to finish up. Polite, friendly, and a big thumbs up to Tony Martinez. Awesome young man.

Good - The warranty was honored even though there was still 1,000 miles left on the tires. This store helped in getting me that before the snows came. Bad - I was not called when the work was done as promised and was late to work. The writing on the tire was not not cleaned off. Not a big deal, but should have been done. Ugly - The Big O brand tires lasted less than 1/2 of the warranty with regular rotations. This is a Big O tire quality issue, and not the fault of the store. Also, Big O does not price match when buying tires with a warranty credit. I lost about $40 due to that policy.

I had to order two new snow tires. The person who helped me checked my records and had the tires brought to the store in time for my appointment. Except the tires were not the right size. And I waited for two hours before they realized the tires were the wrong size. I came back two days later and everything was resolved but I was pretty irritated that I had wasted my whole morning in the waiting room. And that they tried to pass the mistake off on my husband. Mistakes happen, but they should have compensated me at least a little for my wasted morning. We will probably go somewhere else next time.

The people were great. The service was great and they did everything they said they would do. Fairly comfortable waiting area. The only drawback I had was that I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. Maybe they were short handed that day. I'll see next time. I would recommend them.
