Big O Tires

I have always had superb service from Big O and have brought multiple vehicles in for service. This time was an exception. Although I appreciated your taking the car without an appointment, you promised and entered on the service order to check and repair turn signal and rear window wiper. Only the oil change was performed and the other items weren't even checked. If you are not able to complete service as promised the same day, I would appreciate knowing ahead of time so that I don't have to make two trips. I called the day before and was told it would be completed same day if we left the car.

Good fast service to replace a defective tire. However, the defective tire (Big O Legacy Tour with a bulge in the sidewall not caused by any external damage or other abuse) was disappointing. These tires are wearing at about twice the rate of the warranted mileage, and if they had worn just a bit more I would have needed to replace all four on my Subaru. Apparently replacing the other three tires because one is defective would be at my own expense. That would be bad, and makes me hestitant to buy an another set of Big O tires.

HAD TO RETURN CAR FOR DEAD BATTERY ISSUES . A DEAD CELL WAS FOUND TO BE THE PROBLEM ON THE BATTERY I BOUGHT ABOUT 4 MONTHS AGO. THE SALES PEOPKE WERE SHOCKED I HAD BOUGHT THE BATTERY FROM THEM, WHICH WAS AN ALLSTATE BRAND. THEY DID NOT HAVE A REPLACEMENT ON HAND SO I HAD TO WAIT FROM A FRI. TO MONDAY AFTERNOON TO GET IT REPLACED . THIS WHOLE THING WITH BIG O SEEMS ODD AND GIVES ME PAUSE ABOUT FUTURE BUSINESS THERE.

I always have a good experience with this store.

The rotation went great. I was told my brakes were in very bad shape and needed replacing immediately. I was given an estimate of slightly more then $600.00. I believed the counter person but wanted to double check with my normal mechanic. He checked and said my brakes had easily another 10,000 miles before replacement would be necessary. Quite a difference I'd say. It left me wondering if I should ever trust your opinion going forward.

This Big O Store and manager are very customer service orientated. If there is an issue they do everything to make it right beyond expectations.

I had to come back in after a very expensive shocks and struts job (over $1700, and this after spending over $800 on new tires just a week prior) because the original sound that brought me in there for that, was still there. I came into the Big O at Golden, because the Big O in Monument Colorado completely missed the shocks and struts when they were in such a hurry to sell me tires and put them on my truck, but then could not fix the alignment problem after several tries. The mechanics in Golden put in the new shocks and struts, after working on the alignment, but had missed my brakes pads cracking, so I took a $550 hit just last week. And then, while the truck took most of the day, which is understandable to repair, when it was time to pick me up, they offered to pick me up, but I stood outside for a half hour, when they said they were on my way, and I could've got other work done.

We always purchase our tires at the Golden Big O. We recently lost the mechanic shop who used to take care of our cars. So, we called Troy at Golden Big O & explained what was going on with our car & Troy told us they would take care of us!! They did!! Very fair pricing & repairs were finished in 1 day!! Troy & Kelsea are excellent sales reps!! We really appreciate the time they took to explain what needed to be repaired. The entire Crew at Big O Golden are the Best! My curcumstans was a little challenging so I'm willing to give them a second try.

Fantastic service and an incredible value. Needed a new set of tires for our family SUV and was provided multiple options and professional opinions. Will continue to recommend and use the Golden Big O' Tires for a long time.

I came in to get an oil change and get new shoes on my car. However, I was not pleased with how expensive getting new shoes were so I had to decline that service. $300 to replace shoes is just theft. It cost $20 for the shoes and you guys get a discount from Auto Parts... It's not even hard to do, I'm just lazy, but looks like either get robbed or do it myself. So overall, good service, but incredibly overpriced.

I have been going to this location for years now, and can't say enough nice things! They must've fixed 3 or 4 leaking tires for me, all on the spot and done within an hour. And for free! I'm moving out of state and will have to find another location where they're as friendly as this one : )

I was told that the tire I wanted (Bfgoodrich radial long trail) was no longer available and the sales person made it seem like they were no longer made. Turns out they are available at a lot of other places. I felt pushed into the Big O brand.

Personnel was very informative and friendly. Took great care of my car.

Very upset was told one price $170 and was charged $270 I'm very disappointed I will be going somewhere else

When I was getting ripped off by a local shop, your store gave me a fair and honest price. That is what people want.

Slow getting parts and seems expensive.

Got me in even when really busy, and fixed Discount Tire's mistake like experts. New customer for life.

I bought 4 new tires and had the intake manifold gasket and spark plugs changed. The next day one new tire was flat, and antifreeze it blowing out of the new gasket and the car is blowing white smoke when running. I honestly have no faith in this location as this is not there first time I've had problems after my vehicle was worked on here

These guys were great took care of me and my Ford Expedition after I went through a couple of bad experience's with alignments, and I mean 3 in 3 days... The guys here in Golden got everything correct on my front end and sent me home happy, thank you...
