I came in for an oil change on a Saturday morning, and was originally given the estimate of an hour, then the attendant thought it might be an hour and a half. I walked over to the nearby Starbucks where I received a call intended for another customer about an hour and a half later. I was told I would be called back as they wanted to discuss an air filter, but never received a call. After 2 hours I walked back over to check on the status, and was told my car just needed the sticker. I waited another 5+ minutes before I could pay, and finally walked to the back lot to pick up my car. Communication was terrible though out.

The new guy didn't know what he was doing. The guy training him was a jerk. My husband works at big o tires in evergreen with Chris and Russell so I know what to expect. I went to the golden store because I didn't feel safe driving up the mountain and got treated very poorly at the golden store. I was told my car was done never got my keys back and then when I finally did the desk guy told me and my friend he needed us to leave. Worst service I've ever had

We've been using this location for years. Their counter staff is friendly and courteous, their tech staff's service is great, and the turn-around time for a tire rotate and balance is as estimated. Good job, all!

I visited the South Golden Rd location to have winter tires mounted and balanced. One of the lugs/studs was stripped and could not be re-installed. The staff took no responsibility for the issue, placing blame on the previous shop that mounted the tires. The store also took little care in keeping my vehicle clean while in the shop; there was mud and dirt throughout the vehicle (seats, floor, steering wheel, shifter) after having it returned to me. Overall, I was quite displeased with my experience.

Josh recommended a Conti tire and I agreed. Was told I was getting Conti tires. After taking my car home, found I had Nitto Motivo tires. They were the same price but seems like a huge mistake to be accidental.

Was told it would cost $300 to repair windshield wiper hose cause you would need to take apart engine. Repaired myself in 2 minutes. Clearly didn't even look at what was being asked by me. Disappointing as I've been coming there for several years. Most likely won't be returning.

i came in because the door panel had been taken off, due to an inability to open door. this left the dome lights permanently on, which is what i needed fixed. rather than just pull the fuse (as a courtesy), they took the sensor off and charged me over $50.00 :( this then caused me to have to have a major repair :(

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment and asked if they could check the status of my brakes while they were in there. As far as I can tell, the service the provided was just fine. However, I was informed that my front brakes needed to be replaced to the tune of $733. I was not walked through my options nor the current status of my brakes. When I consulted a different shop, I was told my repairs could be done for sub $500 (high end quote). If I had agreed to let this team fix my brakes, I would have paid far more than I needed to. I can barely afford car repairs as it is so feeling as though I'm being taken advantage of does not sit well with me. I will not be returning.

I usually have a good experience with this store. But I took my Subaru Impreza in because there was damage to one of the tires. They said it couldn't be repaired and would need to be replaced. None of your suppliers carried the tire so I ordered a new one at $200+. I took it to BO to get it put on. AFTER it was mounted and I was ready to check out. I was told that the tread difference between the old and the new was 1/32 outside of the subaru recommended difference for tires on AWD and it could vois the warranty or cause the transmission to fail. What I supposed to do then? I couldn't return the new tire to get 4 new less expensive tires because it had already been mounted. So, I'm stuck right now trying to decide what to do. I think when I brought the damaged tire in the first time someone should have made me aware of that issue or at least before it has been mounted so I could have some decision space to decide what to do. I'm frustrated!

I was driving out to the mountains from Iowa. Before I left the local shop put a plug in my front right tire due to a screw being stuck in it. Big O of Golden was able to get me in on Friday, Dec 28 as I was passing through. They plugged my tire again, free of charge, in less than an hour. Their plug lasted into the mountains, and on the 1,200 mile commute home. I really appreciated them, as they saved my trip!

We were an at the location for over 3 hours because manager Troy could not figure out how to process and acima credit transaction. When we made our appointment, we told them about our pre-approval and they said that they accepted acima credit and it would not be a problem, however once we got there we then learned nobody knew how to process the transaction and spent over an hour after the car was finished while Troy tried to get help from big o corporate on the matter. finally, we got sick of waiting and just applied for the snap credit so we could get out of there. I'll never go back to this location again.
