I went to a different Big O first to get a slow leek fixed, was told it wasn't fixable. They recommend that I go to the original store I had got them. So I called this store to ask when they could get the tire in, they asked me to come in so they could look at the tire. So I came in and was told they could patch it (I trusted that they knew what they where doing even thought the store said it couldn't be done)and they did. Then I drove back to boulder, and on the way the tire pressure signal came on, luckily I made it to my sisters before my tire was completely flat. So I had now change my tire out again for the spare. I called the store to tell them what happen and asked them to please call me when they could get the tire in. No one called that day(Wednesday). Then I called the next day and left a message sense they where closed. Still did not hear back, I had to call on Friday to again request that they order the tire for me and they finally ordered it and said it would come Monday. And that I would be called as soon as it came in. So I waited til about 4pm and still no call. I called again and was told it was at the store. I'm just really frustrate with this whole experience.

I went home and found out that I was taken advantage of, and charged for several more things than I was aware of. I also realized that my hubcaps we're not put on correctly because one of then fell off the day after I got them changed.

Had a 1:30 appointment for a tire rotation. Truck didn't move for 1 hour. Finally asked about it and truck got driven to bay. Took another hour to finish. Unacceptable

We have been coming here for years! Ever since Troy left, the customer service, knowledge of the products sold, scheduling work to be completed, ect... Has been very bad! Unfortunately, we have started using other tire companies for our needs. We have a fleet of trucks that I used to take in for work at Big O. Our account is under Strait Construction Landscape & Maintenance. When I walk into your store now, most all of your counter people refer to me as Strait. I let them know my name is Doug Keithly & I am with Strait Construction. This store has defiantly went down hill with the customer service, & just getting to know your customer base.

Probably not a good time to ask for/write a review. I have bought several sets of tires from your store but do not feel like I have received the same level of service on my past few visits: - I left a message on Tuesday that has yet to be returned regarding service/new tires on my wife's car. - On one previous visit, stopped in for tire rotation and fix a leak on Big O Brand tires under warranty. Was given an estimate of 45 minutes and spent two hours in the store. Worst part was the leak was not fixed and I had to make a return trip for that and ended up waiting almost another hour.

I was very satisfied with my visit for a regular oil change. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable during my visit. I will be back.

I had a 10:30 am appointment for 4 new winter tires and an oil change. I was expecting the alignment check and alignment if necessary. I was told the car should be ready by 2:00 pm. I walked away and came back about 12:15 pm. The tires were on the car, but it was parked out front waiting for the alignment. I inquired a couple of times of the status and finally at 10 minutes before 2:00 I said I was going to have to leave and come back and wanted to know when it might be done. They then put the car in the garage and did the oil change, checked and completed the alignment and brought me the car at 2:10 pm. I can't understand why a customer that had an appointment had to sit in the waiting area for a couple of extra hours for what could be done in 15 minutes. I don't operate a tire shop, but it seems to me prioritizing or sequencing of work wasn't handled well.

We have been coming here for a while with both our vehicles. This time I was in need of an oil change and tire rotation. When I picked up my vehicle I was handed one of my tire hub covers that was broke and had to replace myself as no responsibility was taken for it which cost me $40. On my way home I smelled oil burning so my husband and I took a look under the hood and found the filter was not attached and my Hemi engine cover was not secured either. I also have to clean my door and steering wheel of grease marks after each visit. Last visit my husband had there he asked for a tire rotation and a nail to be looked at. Neither were addressed as they didn't know anything about the nail and it still remained in the same spot so it was obvious the rotation was not done even though it was on the paperwork. We love the customer service in the front room & feel they are great to work with but I think they are just too busy in the shop to really do quality work anymore. Our confidence has been shifted and may need to look for a new place for our vehicle maintenance sadly.

I went in for an oil change and mentioned that a piece of my car was flapping in the wind due to some off-roading. They figured out what had happened and zip-tied the piece back on at no charge.

Gave me a quote then charged me more. Had to get the tires /wheels rebalanced. Then I'm waiting to pay and they pushed me to the back of the line to deal with a better dressed person. I was over charged and treated like a second classperson

Can not say enough good things about how everything went. From the way I was first greeted to picking up my car at the end. I am sorry that I didn't take the time to note the names of those who helped me. I will certainly return in the future.

The people up front (Adam Curtis) were clearly under staffed. Answering phone calls in the middle of conversations, putting calls on hold for long periods of time, etc. When I did get some attention he was polite, knowledgeable. I was told that I would be text when truck was done. I was not. Just happened to be passing by and saw that my truck had new tires on it. I had requested that a fog light be put on (I supplied it, and needed to be put on while front tire was off) Didn't happen until Adam went back and had it done. At this point, Adam came up to the front and told the other front person "I'm leaving, the guys in the back are not reading the work orders and are screwing everything up", When I did get my truck back and got home I noticed all my old tires were in the back, when I paid you a fee to recycle? I dropped them off at the store the next day. You did replace the fog light for free though. I'm a small business owner, I know how things can get. But someone has to be in charge, someone has to say 'NO' we can't handle anymore work right now, etc.

I made an appointment well in advance to get my snow tires on. My car was not taken back for 30 minutes after my arrival, and my car was not finished until 20 minutes AFTER my appointment was scheduled to end. This was frustrating because I was late picking up my children from school. I can understand if I had walked up, but making an appointment has a purpose and I feel this store would benefit from organizational assistance. Ensuring someone with an appointment gets their service done before walk-ins and building in time during the day to allow for delays or issues would be helpful. I would rather a business tell me there are no available appointments than overbook and create many delays in people's schedules. I will likely go elsewhere in the future when I need a service appointment.

I took my truck in to have my brakes repaired. Not only did the guys at Big O take the time to determine the exact problem but they took the time to explain in great detail the process to repair them. This is not the first time I've taken my truck here. Each and every time I've had a terrific experience not only with my truck but as a customer.
