Big O Tires

Hello, I was quite disappointed in your service for my tire rotation and oil change on 4/14. You were "unable" to find my wheel lock key, when I explained that you were the ones to replace my tires in October and must have used a shop key or my key and lost it you guys shut down and still insisted you did not have a key to use. Knowing I had a spare set of 4 lock nuts in my glove compartment I told you guys to strip the locking nut and rotate the tires, but to please install the 4 spare nuts. When my rig was finally completed over an hour after the end of my appointment window I left and realized that you guys did not install the 4 spare nuts so I was driving around with only 5 lock nuts. I am willing to try your service again, but expect drastic improvements in the future.

Purchased new tires..2 hr wait Came back for rotation, 3 different times. Told hr and half wait.

Team was able to see us last minute and made every accommodation to get our car serviced. The one shortcoming I would have to note is that it appears one of our Acura emblem plastic covers that covers the spindle nut may have been lost during the service as it was not on our vehicle when we brought it home.

Stopped in at 9 a.m. and asked for scheduled maintenance, with a special check for any issues with an upcoming road trip. Clerk said it would be done by noon. Came back at noon, sat for half an hour, then spotted my car parked next door. I asked what was going on, since it was just sitting there. Clerk seemed surprised and got someone else who said the tires had been rotated but actual maintenance work needed to be done. Then they did a 15-min. oil change and told me everything was fine. I don't believe them. I don't think they checked my car out at all. When they realized they were late, they just shoved the job on through without doing what I asked them to do. And now my car shakes when it gets up to 55 mph. Big O is okay for tires, but I will not be asking them to do any maintenance service any more.

I was in on Thursday, July 16th, for an alignment check and replacement of all four tires. The sales associate contacted was courteous, polite, and knowledgeable about the tires available that fit my auto.

I had four new tires put on my truck on Friday, October 12, 2018. I noted that my steering wheel wobbled badly and felt like my wheels were going to fall off. I brought the truck back to the same Big O Tire in Golden and they told me that all four wheels were imbalanced. How can you release a vehicle in such a dangerous condition? I am not very pleased with Big O Tires especially the Golden location.

Got new tires on one truck, fair price. And got flat repaired,tires rotated and balanced on another for free!

Even though I had an appointment...I waiting about 1 hour to be told that the problem could not be found. My option was to fill the tired to limit so the warning light would turn off and return when low or have rack tie dunked but I would need to wait even longer. I think that should have been done in the hour that I waited. The light is still on. Not too satisfied.

I called ahead to get my tires changed and was told "sure come down we're slow we can get it done in an hour and a half." 2 hours later they hadn't even started my car yet

Simple oil change and inspection this visit -- easy and good value for the money.

I have been doing business with you for 15 years. Your service has become sub standard. You left my vehicle with out a lug nut and I was not informed. After two day of speaking to Benjamin I called Sean and he said He did not get the message. Then he proceeded to tell me maybe it just came off. I am a mechanic and well know that if torqued to spec they do not come off. Also did not return my key for my locking lug. Said just stop by and they will fix it. Really I live west of town and it takes my time to come back to have a job done that should have been done right the first time.

Dustin was professional and knowledgeable. The staff did a great job replacing my brakes/rotors and bad ball joint.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment on-line, but after spending 3 hours there for a new set of tires and an alignment, only then was I told that the location in Golden doesnt honor appointments. This was a surprise since I received an email from them confirming the appointment.To make things worse, they were unable to complete the alignment properly so that I left the shop with multiple warning lights on, and the cruise control inoperable. DO NOT use Big O Tires in Golden.

I had a nail in my tire and they got me right in and took great care of it. He even dropped my spare to add air!!! Now thats what i call excelent customer service. They have a customer for life!

Will not return

Very efficient service. Appreciate honesty. Will definitely bring car back for future service.
