When I arrived, two employees just shuffled papers around and stood at counter instead of helping me. Have been a customer for a while yet was charged $20 to fix a flat. That's ridiculous for a simple flat fix.

I was visiting the Golden area and had a flat tire. We use Big O in Longmont, so I took the flat to the Golden store.Then I received an urgent request from my granddaughter's school that she needed to be picked up due to illness. Your store bumped me ahead and I was on my way asap. I appreciated the great service with no charge. A special thanks to Adam who was very kind to an old lady!

I was pleasantly surprised at the speed with which my tire need was handled. The sales agent I worked with was very knowledgeable and provided me with relevant product options. I was out of there with my replacement tire very quickly--even on a snowy day when lots of people were requesting service.

This was the most horrible experience I have ever had buying tires. There was oil spots on my fender. I was lied to about the amount of time my car was supposed to be done even when I had a appointment. The tire techs were rude. I'll never buy of use big o for anything. It was a waste of time and I was disrespected after I spent almost 1000$ on tires.

My particular transactions were not a "normal" Retail transaction. . . I was doing business with Big O for 2 different Clients. Tony, the Assistant Manager was VERY helpful in obtaining the proper Product and Information. . . The 2 or 3 different Associates that I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful! I even decided to make a 4 tires personal Purchase. (:-)

OMG what a disaster this place is. Issues: 1- Said that the studs on the passenger side of the vehicle were all bad. Tried to sell me service for replacing them. 2 - Said that the vehicle could not be aligned. No real understanding of the vehicle on what needs to be done to align it. Told me it was impossible. Took the truck to the dealer and they went over it. What actually needed to be done was the replacement of 9 lug nuts. And the dealer aligned it for me. The people at this store don't seem to know anything.

The service at Big 0's is always spot on! My wife noticed the front end of her car would vibrate when driving between 60-65 mph.. I took it in to Big O's and they diagnosed the problem and serviced it immediately. Thank you Big 0's.

I have a question for you. Do you instruct your employees to take advantage off all customers? Women only? Widows? I couldn't be angrier with how I was treated, insulting my intelligence! I had a mechanic re-evaluate the condition of my vehicle and was told that I did NOT require the repairs your employees told me that I required. I've been sure to let more than a dozen people know of your unprofessional and unethical business practices. Please take me off your Christmas Card list!

This review has more to do with the online appointment process and the store not really meeting the needs of the customer. I made an online appointment and received an email back confirming the appointment. I called the day before to make sure that everything would be in order. Very glad I called, the sales person had a different vehicle in for my appointment. I was then put on hold (15 minutes) when the manager returned he said I needed to pay a deposit of $150 to get my tires there. If I had not called they would not of had my tires at the store. He then emailed me a quote out. I asked about all of the other charges that they tack on (every shop does) if I could take some off. He said yes you can when you get here tomorrow. I arrived at 7:15 the next day and all went well. When it came time to check out the total was about $400.00 more than the original online quote. There was also some mail in rebates that were quoted online. I had the road hazard on the bill and I asked if they could be taken off and he said no that was part of the deal. I asked about the mail in rebate forms that I saw online and he gave me the form (I didn't look at it) and I was getting a bit frustrated at this point I paid the total invoice. He didn't even mention the fact that I had paid $150.00 the day before and the total would reflect that. I had to go back in to make sure that they took the deposit off the total. I left and when I got to my car the plastic was still on my seat and the steering wheel. Great that they protect the cars interior but shouldn't they remove this? I had to remove it myself. I couldn't find a close trash receptacle so I left it near the tire shop. I had to drive over an hour to get to this store and I did that because the online quote was so good. When I get home the mail in rebate had expired and was no good. I will never recommend or go o Big O tires again. They did a good job installing the tires.

Oil change for $70 is crazy. I was told that the coupon that I had, after I had the work done, couldn't be used because I used synthetic oil. I wont be back.

I had bought 2 sets of tires, for my cars (charger and Durango) and set appointments to get it done for both of them, one was at 11:30am and the other one was at 12:30 pm, well I get that stuff happens and they can't always run on time but I was there since 11:30am and got out of there till about 5:30pm all my day and plans that I had for the day went out the window, the gentleman that was helping me seem like he didn't really knew what he was doing, I order 4 tires for the charger and he only got two and takes me back to the shop and asked me which of the 2 used tires I wanted to keep on the front which I was I bit confused, so I asked him I thought I order 4 tires not just two and he said he missed understood me and he thought I only wanted 2 for the back, and that he had to call another place to get them and that it was only going to take 45 min and 10 min to installed them, that was never the case, I didn't want to make a seen since the guy looked like he was having a rough day with a previous complaint on the same day, he apologized and said that he was going to give me a discount and coupons which I appreciate it but from being there all day, I would probably never comeback to that location, this is the second time I go to a Big O Tires on 2 different locations and both time the service it just sucks and it's horrible, most likely I would be canceling my account with you guys and just go somewhere else for now on.

I just want to start out and say until this last visit with Big O Tires I've had pretty good experiences with them. I've had new tires replaced and tires patched. This last visit I had inquired about an oil changed and proceeded to schedule an appointment and bring my vehicle in. I brought my vehicle in to be dropped off on 1/27/2018, invoice number 006237-63253. The lady at the counter took my keys and estimated it would take roughly no more then 2 hours. I left and while waiting she had called me and told me that I needed a new battery and that it had fail a test. So I proceeded to ask her how much that would cost along with the oil change and she explained that it would be around $250 dollars. I then had told her that I cannot afford that and she immediately told me that she could give me a discount to have it be more in my price range. So I went along and let them give me a new battery and oil change. I got the call to come back and pick up my vehicle and paid for my "services". About a month later my vehicle began to smell like burning oil and I took it to my local trusted mechanic. He explained to me that there wasn't a sticker in my window for a new oil change so he decided to give me a oil change, even though I had just got one from Big O Tire not even 2 months ago. My mechanic explain that whoever changed my oil didn't even dispose the old oil or put any new in, and had put in a too small of a oil filter so my vehicle was leaking oil. After hearing this I recently called my local Big O Tire where I had brought my vehicle in and explained my story and how I am extremely upset with the services I thought I had got. Troy had told me that he would look over the cameras and later call me back. Troy also told me that things like this happen all the time, he explained that he's had employees take lunch or switch shifts in between oil changes and never putting the oil back into the vehicle. As a customer thats an uneasy feeling knowing thats basically what just happened to me. He called me back and told me that the employee looked like they were doing what they were suppose to be doing on the job. I explained to Troy that wether or not the cameras showed the employee doing their job, clearly under the hood of my vehicle, looked at by my mechanic it was not done properly and my car was stinking because of the burning oil. I then asked Troy just for somewhat of a refund, and then decided to give me $40 dollars back to my credit card. Troy sent me a receipt for the refund but It's been almost a week and I have yet to see that money in my bank account. I am so disappointed in the customer service skills Troy has as a manager and honestly with the lady I had originally dealt with. Troy did nothing but try to argue with me like I had no clue what I was talking about, but in fact I did. I hope that by writing this comment that something gets done and I get a reply back or at very least my $40 dollars.

They got me in when they said, got me the estimate quickly and were done before their estimated time. There was a service that they thought might need to be done and that I authorized but it turned out not to be necessary so my final bill was less than the estimate. I really like working with this organization.
