It was 5:35 and I came in with a flat tire. The guy at the counter said they couldn't look at it because they were busy trying to get cars out that they worked on earlier before they closed at 6! You guys suck! It would have taken you 10 minutes to plug the tire that had a screw in it.

Took a car for tires and alignment and they mounted the tires just fine, but due to rusting the bolts were seized and the car was unable to be aligned. Not Big O Tires fault, however when I went to get new tie rods the guys at the shop stated that the bolt was "glued" back together just recently. Major safety issues, if you break something at least inform the owner and not try and hide it. Things get old and rust, not your fault. But trying to "glue" a bolt back together could result in serious damage to the vehicle or owner. Not cool Big O Tires!

Patched my Discount Tire and rotated my tires at no cost. Discount tires tried to screw me. Big O tires just got a new customer! Of course I tipped the employees.

WORST customer service experience I've ever received. I've gone to Big O Tires in Broomfield for 8 years. They've been the most helpful team I've ever worked with. I just transferred to Golden and to my surprise, my tire was completely flat. Among the other tires shop en route I went to Big O because of my loyalty. A young gentleman helped me and was very unpleasant. When he came to look at the tire, he said "professionally speaking, you need 2 new tires and an alignment." Well that's fine if that's what he thinks, however, is clearly marked as an AWD vehicle, measuring at 8/32, so what's 2 new tires going to do? Cause issues. The thing is, I don't need 2 new tires. I had one tire, which was clearly punctured. Also, I got serviced for an oil change 2 weeks ago at Big O and they said tires and alignment are fine. I take my car to the bay to get air, which is when one of the technicians discovered a nail which caused the leakage. Before this, I was unclear if it was a slow leak. Two technicians said, oh that's repairable. The jacked me up and that's when the initial guy; from the store front runs out saying; it's not repairable. I drove down the street and three of their technicians also confirmed it's easily repairable. I've had all my vehicles serviced at Big O for 8 years, from tires to btakes to regular maintenance. I'm an insurance agent and have used Big O as a referral for many years but I will never send one of my clients to this location. That guy was willing to let me drive on a flat, potentially cause a blow out and hurt myself, others or cause property damage just because I wouldn't buy 2 new tires for my AWD car that doesn't need new tires. I've never been so blantabtly disrespcted in my entire life. And I'm sad to know not every Big O gives the same kind of service. I will not be returning or referring to this location, EVER!

My daughter had her snow tires changed out a few weeks ago and just had a flat. We couldn't take the tire off because two different lug nut sizes were on the tire and the tire wrench didn't some of the nuts. This store has chaged these tires multiple times. We were told by the store manager that technicians would not catch this. My concern is that nuts were mistakenly switched during the service. This is a safety issue. We were lucky that the flat occured at our house. Another part of this story, we eventually got the tire off by using a lug wrench from another vehicle in our house. I mentioned to the store manager store that my daughter had noticed a car of this same make (where we got the second wrench from) next to her car when she got service. I suggested he contact that owner in case they also have different sized lug nuts. From his response, I doubt this has been done.

I purchased a set of tires for my Toyota Tacoma and requested an alignment. They installed the tires but told me the bushings on the steering were worn so they couldn't do an alignment without a nearly $400 repair. I refused because I had just had the truck fully inspected by a reputable dealer who found no such issue and knew they were trying to "up sell" me. Having trained as an auto-mechanic in the past I knew this is the typical approach. The next day I took the truck to another (reputable) alignment shop and they found no problems with the steering and completed the alignment.

I had new tires and rims shipped to me and brought them into Big O Tires in Golden to have installed, 1st thing when they installed the tires the technician actually drove my car out of the bay on a flat tire, I know the tires were supposed to already be filled with air and balanced, but one of the tires was missing a valve stem, I just think that when new tires are installed that at least they would check the air pressure or they would have noticed when the put the tires down on the ground that one was flat, they drove it all the way around the building like that. 2nd when they went to fix the problem, the kid was not knowledgeable about tires whatsoever. So he takes the tire off and it took a manager to come over to let him know what the problem, ok, that's fine, but when all was said and done, he now doesn't know how much air should go in the tire, the door said 33 PSI but he put in 38 PSI and then the tire sensor system comes on while I was driving home up into the mountains and now the car drives like crap. There was another young man in the bays yelling at the kid who was helping me and the other kid who was cleaning, when I say yelling he was cusing using the F word and the kid who was helping me came over and was so very polite and I said I am so sorry you are getting yelled, as soon the young man who was yelling noticed I was standing there, he came over and apologized to the kid and said he was sorry for yelling at him, I believe this was just for my benefit which I feel it was a crock. The young man has an anger issue and it showed with his employees that evening because it was almost 8pm. I get the stress level was probably high but at the end of the day the customer service with that young man was not there. He was a tall skinny guy and I think he wore glasses. Your assistant manager was very nice but I did not say anything to her at that point because I just wanted to get home. I ended up taking my car up the to Big O the next day (11/15/2018) and had them take the new tires off and put my old tires back on because I was afraid to drive anymore on them and I returned them to the MFG. All in all I don't think I will be going back to the Golden Big O tire shop, I have gone to Big O for years and have never had but a good experience until 11/14/2018. Thank you.

I had bought 2 sets of tires, for my cars (charger and Durango) and set appointments to get it done for both of them, one was at 11:30am and the other one was at 12:30 pm, well I get that stuff happens and they can't always run on time but I was there since 11:30am and got out of there till about 5:30pm all my day and plans that I had for the day went out the window, the gentleman that was helping me seem like he didn't really knew what he was doing, I order 4 tires for the charger and he only got two and takes me back to the shop and asked me which of the 2 used tires I wanted to keep on the front which I was I bit confused, so I asked him I thought I order 4 tires not just two and he said he missed understood me and he thought I only wanted 2 for the back, and that he had to call another place to get them and that it was only going to take 45 min and 10 min to installed them, that was never the case, I didn't want to make a seen since the guy looked like he was having a rough day with a previous complaint on the same day, he apologized and said that he was going to give me a discount and coupons which I appreciate it but from being there all day, I would probably never comeback to that location, this is the second time I go to a Big O Tires on 2 different locations and both time the service it just sucks and it's horrible, most likely I would be canceling my account with you guys and just go somewhere else for now on.

I just want to start out and say until this last visit with Big O Tires I've had pretty good experiences with them. I've had new tires replaced and tires patched. This last visit I had inquired about an oil changed and proceeded to schedule an appointment and bring my vehicle in. I brought my vehicle in to be dropped off on 1/27/2018, invoice number 006237-63253. The lady at the counter took my keys and estimated it would take roughly no more then 2 hours. I left and while waiting she had called me and told me that I needed a new battery and that it had fail a test. So I proceeded to ask her how much that would cost along with the oil change and she explained that it would be around $250 dollars. I then had told her that I cannot afford that and she immediately told me that she could give me a discount to have it be more in my price range. So I went along and let them give me a new battery and oil change. I got the call to come back and pick up my vehicle and paid for my "services". About a month later my vehicle began to smell like burning oil and I took it to my local trusted mechanic. He explained to me that there wasn't a sticker in my window for a new oil change so he decided to give me a oil change, even though I had just got one from Big O Tire not even 2 months ago. My mechanic explain that whoever changed my oil didn't even dispose the old oil or put any new in, and had put in a too small of a oil filter so my vehicle was leaking oil. After hearing this I recently called my local Big O Tire where I had brought my vehicle in and explained my story and how I am extremely upset with the services I thought I had got. Troy had told me that he would look over the cameras and later call me back. Troy also told me that things like this happen all the time, he explained that he's had employees take lunch or switch shifts in between oil changes and never putting the oil back into the vehicle. As a customer thats an uneasy feeling knowing thats basically what just happened to me. He called me back and told me that the employee looked like they were doing what they were suppose to be doing on the job. I explained to Troy that wether or not the cameras showed the employee doing their job, clearly under the hood of my vehicle, looked at by my mechanic it was not done properly and my car was stinking because of the burning oil. I then asked Troy just for somewhat of a refund, and then decided to give me $40 dollars back to my credit card. Troy sent me a receipt for the refund but It's been almost a week and I have yet to see that money in my bank account. I am so disappointed in the customer service skills Troy has as a manager and honestly with the lady I had originally dealt with. Troy did nothing but try to argue with me like I had no clue what I was talking about, but in fact I did. I hope that by writing this comment that something gets done and I get a reply back or at very least my $40 dollars.

I showed up at 7am to get an alignment done after a car hit me the night before. I asked the rep if it could be done by 9am, so that i could go to work. By 9:30 my car was not on the rack. The guy i talked to said they were getting a truck done that was there since saturday. So the guy I first talked to more then likely knew about that truck and lied to me that it could be done in time for me to go to work. Other wise i would have gone across the street. So because i missed a day of work because your employee wanted to lie to me about the time table just to get the job I will not be going back.

Keith I would like to speak with you directly! Dustin is probably the worst customer service rep ive ever spoke with and it will destroy your business. I had a very uncomfortable conversation with Dustin and feel you should be informed. I am not a kid, i am a 33yr old auto mechanic and want my message to be taken very seriously. Contact me asap. I spent a 1,000$ with your business and will never return for business and neither will any of my family if we do not speak and solve this problem. 3057418319 Gordon Hopkins
