I purchased tires for my truck a year ago. A few days ago a large chunk of tread was found missing. The store warranted the one tire and due to tread depth said that I needed to replace all tires. This defective tire ended up costing me $700.00. Further, I drove to Iowa pulling a trailer the next day and thought the rear tires looked low. I ended up adding nearly 40 psi to rack rear tire that was supposed to be inflated to 75 psi as stated on the door tag.

I was told that I needed $1000 worth of work - new bushings. Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion - DO NOT NEED THEM! Never go to this store!!!

Patched my Discount Tire and rotated my tires at no cost. Discount tires tried to screw me. Big O tires just got a new customer! Of course I tipped the employees.

I came in for a oil change and a 5 tire rotation, was only given a 4 tire rotation, Only became aware of this because there was a mark on the spare, that's how I knew it was not rotated into the mix, brought this to their attention, after the jeep had been there for most of the day, they did get it right back in, but only to switch out the spare with the rear tire on passenger side, not a true 5 tire rotation, and once this was complete, it came out with grease pin marks on all 5 tires, RF, LF, etc, took me 30 min.s to scrub this off, what happened, was this spite that I caught them not rotating the spare like I asked, like I paid for? Seems like they purposely marked up the tires, what happened to customer service, and cleaning these marks off, very disappointed that they were not honest, and completing what I paid for, thank God I had marked the spare to make sure it was getting rotated, or I would have never known. After I left I have had drips under the Jeep, first antifreeze, and then Washer fluid, I guess they were so messy checking the fluids, as a courtesy, they topped them off ? either way it was so messy for 2 days I thought I had leaks. what a pain this place was. Sorry, you asked for the review, here it is.

I just want to start out and say until this last visit with Big O Tires I've had pretty good experiences with them. I've had new tires replaced and tires patched. This last visit I had inquired about an oil changed and proceeded to schedule an appointment and bring my vehicle in. I brought my vehicle in to be dropped off on 1/27/2018, invoice number 006237-63253. The lady at the counter took my keys and estimated it would take roughly no more then 2 hours. I left and while waiting she had called me and told me that I needed a new battery and that it had fail a test. So I proceeded to ask her how much that would cost along with the oil change and she explained that it would be around $250 dollars. I then had told her that I cannot afford that and she immediately told me that she could give me a discount to have it be more in my price range. So I went along and let them give me a new battery and oil change. I got the call to come back and pick up my vehicle and paid for my "services". About a month later my vehicle began to smell like burning oil and I took it to my local trusted mechanic. He explained to me that there wasn't a sticker in my window for a new oil change so he decided to give me a oil change, even though I had just got one from Big O Tire not even 2 months ago. My mechanic explain that whoever changed my oil didn't even dispose the old oil or put any new in, and had put in a too small of a oil filter so my vehicle was leaking oil. After hearing this I recently called my local Big O Tire where I had brought my vehicle in and explained my story and how I am extremely upset with the services I thought I had got. Troy had told me that he would look over the cameras and later call me back. Troy also told me that things like this happen all the time, he explained that he's had employees take lunch or switch shifts in between oil changes and never putting the oil back into the vehicle. As a customer thats an uneasy feeling knowing thats basically what just happened to me. He called me back and told me that the employee looked like they were doing what they were suppose to be doing on the job. I explained to Troy that wether or not the cameras showed the employee doing their job, clearly under the hood of my vehicle, looked at by my mechanic it was not done properly and my car was stinking because of the burning oil. I then asked Troy just for somewhat of a refund, and then decided to give me $40 dollars back to my credit card. Troy sent me a receipt for the refund but It's been almost a week and I have yet to see that money in my bank account. I am so disappointed in the customer service skills Troy has as a manager and honestly with the lady I had originally dealt with. Troy did nothing but try to argue with me like I had no clue what I was talking about, but in fact I did. I hope that by writing this comment that something gets done and I get a reply back or at very least my $40 dollars.

I showed up at 7am to get an alignment done after a car hit me the night before. I asked the rep if it could be done by 9am, so that i could go to work. By 9:30 my car was not on the rack. The guy i talked to said they were getting a truck done that was there since saturday. So the guy I first talked to more then likely knew about that truck and lied to me that it could be done in time for me to go to work. Other wise i would have gone across the street. So because i missed a day of work because your employee wanted to lie to me about the time table just to get the job I will not be going back.

Keith I would like to speak with you directly! Dustin is probably the worst customer service rep ive ever spoke with and it will destroy your business. I had a very uncomfortable conversation with Dustin and feel you should be informed. I am not a kid, i am a 33yr old auto mechanic and want my message to be taken very seriously. Contact me asap. I spent a 1,000$ with your business and will never return for business and neither will any of my family if we do not speak and solve this problem. 3057418319 Gordon Hopkins

It took 2 trips and leaving the tire to get work done. 3 out of 4 people waiting with me were 2+hours past their appointment window and when it was done I got chastised for being across the street and not there to pay when my car was done, (there were a line of disgruntled customers and I went to get dinner that I was late to deliver because of all this )

Dustin was helpful, knowledgeable, courteous, and kind. My car got exactly what it needed in the timeframe promised. Thanks!

Went in for an oil change, didn't ask about price. Was charged about $72 for an oil change?! Won't plan to come back.

Troy was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The overall experience with the staff we dealt with could not have been better.

It was a shameless sales job from the beginning. Before looking at my tire they said if the nail was in the "shoulder" it couldn't be repaired and would require new tires. Four minutes after looking at the tire they determined the only option was for me to spend $1,000 on 4 new tires. As I said no thank you they offered 50 bucks off the price, which is infuriating because I did not mention anything about the price. Why not offer me your best deal right away? It was a revolting experience, I went to a competitor and they plugged it within 30 minutes for $11 and the wheel has been good since. Pretty disturbing experience and I will be sure to share it with everyone I know.
