It took 2 trips and leaving the tire to get work done. 3 out of 4 people waiting with me were 2+hours past their appointment window and when it was done I got chastised for being across the street and not there to pay when my car was done, (there were a line of disgruntled customers and I went to get dinner that I was late to deliver because of all this )

Went in for an oil change, didn't ask about price. Was charged about $72 for an oil change?! Won't plan to come back.

It was a shameless sales job from the beginning. Before looking at my tire they said if the nail was in the "shoulder"� it couldn't be repaired and would require new tires. Four minutes after looking at the tire they determined the only option was for me to spend $1,000 on 4 new tires. As I said no thank you they offered 50 bucks off the price, which is infuriating because I did not mention anything about the price. Why not offer me your best deal right away? It was a revolting experience, I went to a competitor and they plugged it within 30 minutes for $11 and the wheel has been good since. Pretty disturbing experience and I will be sure to share it with everyone I know.

My brand new car (less than a week old) was left filthy with mud and grease on the door sill, handles, steering wheel, parking brake, shifter and cloth interior. I returned to the store to complain and the main customer service rep agreed to clean it for me. He asked me to check that it had been cleaned satisfactorily to find he had actually used brake cleaner instead of appropriate cleaning products. I wiped down everything I could with clean water when I got home, I just hope no permanent damage has been done. Completely unacceptable. This will be the last time I use Big O Tires.

Dustin Burchett was my cashier. All I wanted was an oil change and a screw removed from my tire. I have an 03 civic so I opted for the high mileage oil change. Dustun did NOT show me the invoice prior to service; I thought about asking to see it but I figured the oil change price couldn't be too bad. But I was very wrong. It was a $67 oil change, which if I had known in advance I would have never agreed to. I expressed my anger at the price and Dustin didn't say a word. On my invoice I was charged $7.50 for an oil system cleaner, $10 for an oil treatment, and $10 for a fuel system cleaner. Without these charges my oil change would have been about $35 which is much more reasonable. I only wanted an oil change; I did NOT want my fuel system cleaned or any of that other bullshit that tacked an extra $30 on my bill. I've already had my fuel and oil system cleaned recently. Again, if I had seen the invoice prior to service, which is the norm for auto shops, I could have declined these services but since they were already done so I had to pay. I called firestone and their high mileage oil change is $40. Almost $70 for an oil change is highway robbery and I am still very upset about this experience and will NEVER be coming back to a Big O Tire. I even used to work for this company. Also, it was fairly evident that my fluids were not checked like they are supposed to be; my windshield fluid was still low after leaving. Big O has always half-assed their service, even when I worked there, and nothing has changed. I thought a simple oil change could be done but now I see even that can be fucked up so congratulations guys!!!

I had my transmission flushed and they didn't put correct cap or something the attendant said they rigged it and in rush hour on Hampden and kipling on the Friday all my transmission fluid ran out smoking under hood a complete mess on my engine had to call tow truck missed 2 hours of work took a late call on my record then you all spent another 8 hours fixing it saying no damage to my car I don't believe , no one seemed to care and said good luck i owe more money for a battery then that was dead so i came in with a great running, clean car now dripping in transmission fliud, dead battery and a burn up transmission how would u feel about the service SUCKED and not even a discout for 3 days of hell .

to the Golden, CO store about 5:15PM with a flat. The tech determined that it was not repairable. They gave me warrantee credit for that tire and I bought a second tire to keep the axle balanced. They had them on my car and balanced and I was on my way by 6:00PM.

Terrible experience. the guy working the desk was just rude. he needed a course on customer service. I am not sure what the guys had on their hands, but it is ALL OVER MY CAR. I BROUGHT MY 50 THOUSAND DOLLAR CAR IN TO GET A TIRE FIXED. THEY DID NOT PUT ANYTHING ON THE FLOOR BOARD OR SEAT BEFORE SITTING THEIR NASTY SELF IN IT. EVERYWHERE THEY TOUCHED , IT WILL NOT COME OFF. I STARTED TO GO BY THE ESTABLISHMENT TODAY, THAT WAS TOTALLY USELESS, DEALING WITH THE GUY WHILE HAVING MY TIRE CHANGED. I WOULD LIKE TO BE CONTACTED. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THE STORE IN GOLDEN. NEVER EVER 337-529-0115 OR CONTACT ME BY EMAIL. I AM THINKING OF TAKING THIS TO COOPERATE OR HIGHER. MESSY ESTABLISHMENT. I'M NOT HAPPY AT ALL . I WORK FOR THE COUNTY. I HAVE TOLD AT LEAST 100 PEOPLE SO FAR WHAT A BAD EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD.

Cracked valve stem during rotate and balance, which took 1.5 hours. Tire leaked, went flat next day. Replaced tpms sensor, tire leaked and went flat. Remounted tire and finally held air. Rim badly scuffed during service, lug nuts tightened with impact wrench way over spec.

Pre-ordered a tire after double checking that they were qualified to install the tire. They couldn't get the wheel off my vehicle to install the tire. Not a pleasant experience due to the fact That I checked and then double checked that they were qualified to install it before I purchased the tire. Wound up having to get a refund.

On December 23, 2017 I spent almost $1200 on set of tires and alignment. One of the tires was flat by the time I got home (less than 30 min). I inflated the tire and drove back to the store immediately and waited about 40 minutes while my tire was repaired. Turns out the valve was not installed correctly and was leaking. I was annoyed, but understand these thing can happen. I've been buying tires and getting oil changes at this Big O location for years and have generally had good experiences so I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Then, on the evening of Dec 23, ANOTHER tire was completely flat! OK, now I'm beyond "annoyed". The shop had already closed for the day and will be closed for the following 2 days for Xmas Eve and Day. How is it possible that 2 of 4 tires go flat on the first day?!?! That's what tire stores DO! Kelsea & Dustin were polite and professional, but now I have serious doubts about the competency of the shop. Now, after waiting 2 days for the store to open, I have to take time off of work to go back a 3rd time to hopefully get this fixed. I used Discount tires for 20 years and switched to Big O for the past few years because the location was more convenient and I liked that I could get rotations and oil changes at the same location. I am now regretting that decision as I have lost confidence in this store and am no longer comfortable having Big O work on my vehicles. I don't have time to take my vehicle back to the shop multiple times for basic work that should have been done right the first time.
