Big O Tires

Pre-ordered a tire after double checking that they were qualified to install the tire. They couldn't get the wheel off my vehicle to install the tire. Not a pleasant experience due to the fact That I checked and then double checked that they were qualified to install it before I purchased the tire. Wound up having to get a refund.

On December 23, 2017 I spent almost $1200 on set of tires and alignment. One of the tires was flat by the time I got home (less than 30 min). I inflated the tire and drove back to the store immediately and waited about 40 minutes while my tire was repaired. Turns out the valve was not installed correctly and was leaking. I was annoyed, but understand these thing can happen. I've been buying tires and getting oil changes at this Big O location for years and have generally had good experiences so I decided to give the benefit of the doubt. Then, on the evening of Dec 23, ANOTHER tire was completely flat! OK, now I'm beyond "annoyed". The shop had already closed for the day and will be closed for the following 2 days for Xmas Eve and Day. How is it possible that 2 of 4 tires go flat on the first day?!?! That's what tire stores DO! Kelsea & Dustin were polite and professional, but now I have serious doubts about the competency of the shop. Now, after waiting 2 days for the store to open, I have to take time off of work to go back a 3rd time to hopefully get this fixed. I used Discount tires for 20 years and switched to Big O for the past few years because the location was more convenient and I liked that I could get rotations and oil changes at the same location. I am now regretting that decision as I have lost confidence in this store and am no longer comfortable having Big O work on my vehicles. I don't have time to take my vehicle back to the shop multiple times for basic work that should have been done right the first time.

needed a new alternator and serpentine belt the replacement was quick and stress free the crew was very friendly and helpfull

1hour and 45 min for an oil change and tire rotation...lucky we had an appointment or we might still be there...

I went in to get tires. That went well but I also paid for an air filter change and they never changed it. You lied and charged me and threw my old filter back in. Scam. Additionally I got my car back and some had spilled oil all over the front and side of my car and just left it. It took me an hour to scrub it off by hand since I couldn't do a simple car wash. Honestly, waste of time overall and didn't you guys didn't save me money. Disappoint and will never go back to your franchise again.

I had another appointment that interrupted their service, so they did the evaluation and then got the job done when I got back.

I purchased tires for my truck a year ago. A few days ago a large chunk of tread was found missing. The store warranted the one tire and due to tread depth said that I needed to replace all tires. This defective tire ended up costing me $700.00. Further, I drove to Iowa pulling a trailer the next day and thought the rear tires looked low. I ended up adding nearly 40 psi to rack rear tire that was supposed to be inflated to 75 psi as stated on the door tag.

Walked in and they provided speedy service to get me on my way.

I was told that I needed $1000 worth of work - new bushings. Thank goodness I got a 2nd opinion - DO NOT NEED THEM! Never go to this store!!!

to the Golden, CO store about 5:15PM with a flat. The tech determined that it was not repairable. They gave me warrantee credit for that tire and I bought a second tire to keep the axle balanced. They had them on my car and balanced and I was on my way by 6:00PM.

I came in for a oil change and a 5 tire rotation, was only given a 4 tire rotation, Only became aware of this because there was a mark on the spare, that's how I knew it was not rotated into the mix, brought this to their attention, after the jeep had been there for most of the day, they did get it right back in, but only to switch out the spare with the rear tire on passenger side, not a true 5 tire rotation, and once this was complete, it came out with grease pin marks on all 5 tires, RF, LF, etc, took me 30 min.s to scrub this off, what happened, was this spite that I caught them not rotating the spare like I asked, like I paid for? Seems like they purposely marked up the tires, what happened to customer service, and cleaning these marks off, very disappointed that they were not honest, and completing what I paid for, thank God I had marked the spare to make sure it was getting rotated, or I would have never known. After I left I have had drips under the Jeep, first antifreeze, and then Washer fluid, I guess they were so messy checking the fluids, as a courtesy, they topped them off ? either way it was so messy for 2 days I thought I had leaks. what a pain this place was. I made an appointment for Saturday and dropped my truck off on Friday with instructions to replace a tire with exactly what was already on there, change the oil, and replace a failed tail light. Got a call midday Saturday from Dustin suggesting I actually replace 2 tires, so I said okay. It was right at closing when I picked up the truck so there was no time to inspect the work or make changes. I paid and went on my way. The handling seemed bouncy, so I inspected more closely and found that you guys had replaced Michelin premier tires with Big O branded All Terrain tires! Nothing close to what was already on there! I'll never come back!

Very friendly, was told the repair would take 1 hour. Received a SMS 45 min later. No charge. I will go back

I have usually had a good experience with the Golden location. This time though I was very disappointed. I took my car in for an oil change at 7:45 AM assuming it was early enough to get in and out fast. I was told it would be ready within the hour, maybe even sooner. So I waited but I was not told anything until 9:45 AM, at which point I probed them about the status of my service. I was told it was "basically done" and would be available to me "soon". I finally got the keys at 10:45 AM. At the end, no apology was offered.

Great Guys, Great Work

Brought my car in for alignment and tire rotation. After getting my car back, it shimmied at 55-65 mph. Took it back in and was told they would fix the situation at no charge. My tires were rotated back to their original position and car shimmied at 35 mph. Will not return.

The past two times I've been to this location, the staff have been very friendly, knowledgable, and helpful
