Keith I would like to speak with you directly! Dustin is probably the worst customer service rep ive ever spoke with and it will destroy your business. I had a very uncomfortable conversation with Dustin and feel you should be informed. I am not a kid, i am a 33yr old auto mechanic and want my message to be taken very seriously. Contact me asap. I really appreciate Troy overall. Josh was great on this visit (I didn't deal with Troy this time). I like you folks so much I changed over from Firestone and Discount!

It took 2 trips and leaving the tire to get work done. 3 out of 4 people waiting with me were 2+hours past their appointment window and when it was done I got chastised for being across the street and not there to pay when my car was done, (there were a line of disgruntled customers and I went to get dinner that I was late to deliver because of all this )

Big O in Golden - friendly, pleasant people - excellent work - answers to questions - always reliable. Been going there four years or so. Troy, Dustin, Jimmy and all the other people we've gotten to know there are great representatives for your company. Thanks for creating a place where we can trust that they have our best interest in mind.

Went in for an oil change, didn't ask about price. Was charged about $72 for an oil change?! Won't plan to come back.

Great service and fast!

It was a shameless sales job from the beginning. Before looking at my tire they said if the nail was in the "shoulder"� it couldn't be repaired and would require new tires. Four minutes after looking at the tire they determined the only option was for me to spend $1,000 on 4 new tires. As I said no thank you they offered 50 bucks off the price, which is infuriating because I did not mention anything about the price. Why not offer me your best deal right away? It was a revolting experience, I went to a competitor and they plugged it within 30 minutes for $11 and the wheel has been good since. Pretty disturbing experience and I will be sure to share it with everyone I know.

Dropped my car off the night before and the job was completed on time.

My brand new car (less than a week old) was left filthy with mud and grease on the door sill, handles, steering wheel, parking brake, shifter and cloth interior. I returned to the store to complain and the main customer service rep agreed to clean it for me. He asked me to check that it had been cleaned satisfactorily to find he had actually used brake cleaner instead of appropriate cleaning products. I wiped down everything I could with clean water when I got home, I just hope no permanent damage has been done. Completely unacceptable. This will be the last time I use Big O Tires.

I was headed out of town on a Monday morning, but one of my vehicle tires had a slow leak that I discovered late Saturday afternoon.I went to Big-O Tires for repair of the tire, and they cheerfully worked me in, so that I only had to wait about an hour.They repaired the tire in a short time at no charge, and I was on my way with a minimal delay.

I made an appointment for Saturday and dropped my truck off on Friday with instructions to replace a tire with exactly what was already on there, change the oil, and replace a failed tail light. Got a call midday Saturday from Dustin suggesting I actually replace 2 tires, so I said okay. It was right at closing when I picked up the truck so there was no time to inspect the work or make changes. I paid and went on my way. The handling seemed bouncy, so I inspected more closely and found that you guys had replaced Michelin premier tires with Big O branded All Terrain tires! Nothing close to what was already on there! I'll never come back!

I took the flat with a nail in it right at opening.It was repaired in about a half hour.Good service and attention.I've always used Big O for my tire needs and will continue to do so.

I have usually had a good experience with the Golden location. This time though I was very disappointed. I took my car in for an oil change at 7:45 AM assuming it was early enough to get in and out fast. I was told it would be ready within the hour, maybe even sooner. So I waited but I was not told anything until 9:45 AM, at which point I probed them about the status of my service. I was told it was "basically done" and would be available to me "soon". I finally got the keys at 10:45 AM. At the end, no apology was offered.

Superb service!

Brought my car in for alignment and tire rotation. After getting my car back, it shimmied at 55-65 mph. Took it back in and was told they would fix the situation at no charge. My tires were rotated back to their original position and car shimmied at 35 mph. Will not return.

Thank you to the gentleman that drove to Conifer to get tires for me at 4:30pm and have my car back to me by 5:30pm. Did I mention I called at 4pm? You can't beat that customer service!

When it takes almost 2hours for an oil change that's RIDICULOUS!!! This is not the 1st time but it WILL BE THE LAST. When you have an appointment it means NOTHING I have many friends that live in Golden and I have told them of this horrible experience. After 2hrs of waiting and they don't even put aoil change mileage sticker in the upper left of the window WOW!

I smashed by front wheel into the curb about a month ago and was seriously considering getting rid of my 22 year old Volvo. I took it in for an estimate and then thought about it for a week. I was very happy with the repair work and it came in under what the quote was. When did that ever happen? I will continue to use Big O for my summer and winter tires and rotations. I had a CV joint replaced a couple of years ago, and have had no problems since. They have all the bases covered. Definitely recommend them for servicing my vehicles.

See original review below. Just had my tires replaced an an alignment check. The alignment was in spec and required no adjustment!! Big NO Tires! I have made the decision to cut my losses and go somewhere else before replacing my 60k tires that wore out at 26k primarily due to their over-inflating my tires. Primarily worn out down the middle and they tried to blame it all on alignment. I'm a quadriplegic so they are the only ones who have adjusted the pressure. Didn't warn me of abnormal wear 5k ago, don't record the tire wear stats in their system so it isn't traceable. Offered me a minor discount even though tire shops in the past have given me serious warranty mileage allowances when Michelins wore out prematurely. After I looked at the tires myself and noted the center wear pattern I called back and was promised a rework of the estimate and a call back - NOT!

Great time at Big O!!! I went in with measurements that were weird and hard to find, they pulled it up, got it to the store, scheduled and Bam! 2 hours and whole lot less money than the other guys - 4 new tires to beef up my truck for the snow.
