Big O Tires

Great service team. They stayed late to complete the work.

I had my truck towed in to the store after hours, with two flat tires. They fixed one tire, but the other was too damaged to repair. They had an exact replacement for the damaged one, and even gave me a discount on it.

They were very busy that day and apologized for the wait, also gave me updates on time the best they could and I think they filled my windshield fluid! Not sure if that is standard with an oil change or was a thanks for my wait but I very much appreciated it. The last place I went for my oil does not do that. Excellent service!

Trevor was really helpful. He was friendly, efficient, knew his products & communicated well the different options & then made a recommendation. He ordered the tires I requested immediately & ensured they were available the next day, then was flexible when I needed to reschedule putting them on my vehicle.

I was promptly given a free tire pressure check and a tread analysis. Scheduled installation of new tires for the next morning. All was handled very efficiently and my car was ready an hour before it was scheduled to be completed. Very pleased with the service and promptness. I am very happy with my tires and am ready for the snowy mountain roads!!!

We have come to Big O for tire issues and an oil leak in the past few months and we can't say enough about the great customer service and quality of work. We now take our car there for all of our needs.

I came in at a particularly difficult day, when the phones were down. Sean, the employee who helped me, was professionally dealing with some very difficult customers in a very difficult circumstance. He was kind, professional, and concise in helping me, he apologized because of the amount of work going on, and invited me back another time for an alignment. His attitude was excellent given the circumstances, and I feel he was an excellent face for the company.

I just needed my new tires installed and the availability was excellent and flexibility when I initially scheduled a wait appointment then needed to change it to a drop off. All of the staff I talked to were kind and friendly.

Capability of the mechanics at this site allow for my sprinter van to be serviced within a reasonable timeframe. Mercedes service for sprinter vans is extremely poor and slow, so the service here makes ownership of one of these vans practical. Otherwise id be forced to sell based on the service at Mercedes Orem. Thanks again for Kurtis and Trevor for what they do at this golden service center. Merry Christmas!

Kurtis and the mechanics as the golden location are amazing, I took one vehicle there and was impressed with the service and had to bring my other vehicles there. The people at the golden location are great and I recommend Big O golden to everyone!

I had an issue with what I thought was a wobbly bad tire. The gentlemen at Big O, told me they would check it out. I asked if they could possible look at the tire real quick because all signs were pointing to a bad tire. They were able to do just that and let me know right away that it wasn't the tire. At that point they drove me back to work and called me when my Jeep was done. They told me what it probably was, as they had checked everything related to the front end that they could and found nothing wrong, and changed my oil (as that was the only thing that I had asked them to do, besides check out the wobble). When I got to Big O to pick up my car they charged me for the work they had done, the oil change, and nothing more. I will be back to get my alignment done when needed. Great customer service!

I brought me car to have the tire patched late afternoon on Friday. They stayed past closing to get it done (thank you so much) and it was free! Totally unexpected. Thanks!
