I brought my almost flat tire in this am at 7:30 and by 8:13 it was fixed and ready for pickup! Thank you Big O!

I took my truck to a competitor for an alignment and was told my rear axle was shifted. I brought it to Big O for a second opinion and they got me in right away and we’re able to tell me it just needed an alignment. The got it done the same afternoon.

We intended to have snow tires put on the car, but. Ironically we had not taken our snow tires off from last winter…& had driven them all summer! They said the tires were good enough to last thru the coming winter. Joe then suggested that for Spring we might wish to purchase All Season tires &they wud be happy to assist us. I asked if they did brake work because my brake light had come on. He said they would check the brakes when they took off the tires. They did so & told us the brakes were still in good shape! SO, no work was done on our car because it wasn’t needed( however. due to their honesty & helpfulness, we will definitely return as loyal customers in the future.

Big "O"s service outside of an actual sale is exceptional! I went in with a tire that had a slow leak, they found the cause, repaired the tire, and would not take any compensation for their services. A pretty rare occurrence in today's world!!

I used them a few days ago with front tires problem issue. I was thinking about 4 wheel aligntment but they found and show me different problem and advise me to fix it before alligntment.

Quick and easy! Had a flat and got towed by AAA to this location as I had visited in the past, fully expecting to need to buy a new tire, they were able to repair mine back good as new

I dropped my car off in the morning before 7am and went to work. It was done by lunch. Tires and alignment were reasonably priced and I have never had issues with my tires not being balanced (I have had issues in the past with unbalanced tires). I was happy to received a discount for my location of employment.
