Price was very fair and it was completed in a timely manner.

Came in because had a flat, found there was nail in it. They fixed it right away and charged me nothing!! Was surprised as did not buy the tires there but at the other big name tires store, but couldn't get in as they were completely booked up for the day. Glad I came by and gave Big O a chance.

The staff was great and quickly took care of the issue with my car. They were quick, efficient and good at what they do.

I called this morning to get a patch on my tire. I dropped my tire off and they were done within the hour. Great customer service. I would highly recommend.
