I stopped by on a whim after work with a likely leak. I couldn’t get the dealer service department to even answer the phone. I pulled up hoping they might just be able to diagnose the problem. They got me in immediately and were able to fix the problem in minutes. They were kind, caring and helpful. The price was reasonable and my overall experience was what customer service should be.

They got me in and out in a timely manner and were up front with me on all issues that needed attention.

Just the team and the whole approach to resolving my issue.

Dropped by this location to have a flat tire fixed without an appointment. The gentleman that greeted me was very helpful. He walked out to my truck to get the tire and got one of his Technicians to immediately start the repair. I was in and out of there in 20 minutes and they didn't even charge me for the repair. Thank you! I'll be bring my business back to you in the future!

Had a great experience with the service and staff at this Big O location. Friendly, quick and affordable. They went above and beyond to accommodate my budget which I appreciated greatly. I will go to them for more than just tires from this point on because I know that Bob and the rest of the staff there will take care of me and my vehicle. :)

This time was better than any other time I was here.

Went because I had a screw in my tire. They took my car in right away and found the the screw didn’t penetrate the tire. It was just wedged in between the treads. They filled my tires to the correct psi which I didn’t even ask for. Great staff and it seems they pay attention to the little details which I like to see.

No real issues, no complaints. Your prices have gone up dramatically... But the workers in the back who did the actual work were great and quick. Some delay on getting in... appointment was at 8 they took it back at 835. However they had the work done very quickly so not upset. The workers also did something extra for me which I appreciated. Overall very pleased.
