Great service with a smile. Took car in and asked to get air they noticed I had a bolt in my tire took it in and repaired it within an hour!

Took a flat tire in to be repaired and was assisted by Jeff. Jeff was very helpful and started assisting me as soon as I walked in. I sincerely appreciated the top notch service I received from Jeff on my "small" tire repair job. Jeff was also kind enough to give me some additional information and a quote for some tires I inquired about. This Big O location is worth a visit and be sure to see Jeff for excellent service.

I had a very flat tire they fixed for no charge and did their usual top notch job of changing my oil and checking all fluids etc.comfy lobby w free wifi and restroom to wait in!Jason,Eric and Ken are great to work with!

They were so helpful in a stressful situation. The last place I got a oil change from didn't put the filter on properly I had suspected there was something wrong. I took it back there and they blamed me for not coming in sooner the oil was used up no oil at all. BIG O wrote a note to them saying what they found. Literally the oil filter fell off the car when technician barely touched it.

Travis and Will went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I will be returning to this location again and again, and will suggest it to all my friends and family.

Detailed and to the point

They are definitely experts at rotating and balancing tires with great service and phenomenal staff! I have also purchased Michelin Defender tires from them for multiple Subaru vehicles over the years. When I lived in CA, I used the Big O in Pacific Beach and had great experiences there as well. I would recommend the Centennial Big O Tires location to all who want the peace of mind of a job well done every time.
