These guys are absolutely terrific to work with. Had a flat tire and needed repair right away and they accommodated me. No questions asked just wanted to get the job done. I know they had other work to do but they made it happen. It is service like that, that makes it memorable. So appreciate the level of service you provided us. Thank you.

I came in for tires and an alignment. I asked a lot of questions to make sure I got what I wanted, and the answers were helpful. Since buying the tires in Colorado I drove to Texas, and my car no longer shakes—tires and/or alignment fixed that. Plus, everyone was super helpful.

Unfortunately I had a nail in my side wall of my tire, I had just moved here, and had done some research on certain tires I was interested in. After calling other business’s, including another Big Tires, I received a few quotes. I finally reached the Centennial store and spoke to Nate. He was able to go above and beyond and find the specific tires I wanted. He was able to locate a specific tire all the way in Minnesota! They also were able to give me the best pricing around! I want to give a big thank you to Nate, Dorian and Joe! All three were very nice, informative and patient with the financing and communication. Between their extra effort and great pricing I would definitely recommend THE CENTENNIAL STORE! SPECIFICALLY BECAUSE another store quoted me twice for the same tire at a more expensive price. If your looking for GREAT customer service, best pricing and a great team to take care of your vehicle. Go to the CENTENNNIAL Location and speak to Joe and the team! Thank you again!

We've used this location for fleet services for years but I've only had occasion to need them personally on a handful of occasions and every single time I'm thrilled with the level of service that they provide. I work for a company that uses trucks and trailers for our business, so we require a lot of tires. I had brought in 5 spare trailer tires that needed to be repaired and these guys didn't even bat an eye at the request and quickly had them inside and working on them. They took the time to explain to me what was causing the leak in one of them and how they were going to attempt to fix it, but also didn't beat around the bush and make a promise they could as sometimes there are damages that can't be fixed. They were able to fix that one, however 2 of my tires were beyond repair. They didn't pressure me into trying to replace those, and let me choose for myself which was nice. I did end up ordering new tires for those and they had to order them, so I was able to just leave the spares there and they fixed them and called me immediately when they were ready. These guys are very prompt and their customer service is excellent. You don't get that typical "I have to make a sale!" vibe from these guys, it's definitely about what's best for the customer. Me and our fleet of trucks and trailers will definitely be using the BigOTires off Arapahoe road for our tire needs.

Joe was professional and courteous! He rotated my tires explaining to me the fronts were wearing quicker than the back!
