The only complaint I have is that I booked an appointment for 8 AM Monday morning. When I arrived, the tires I wanted were not at the scheduled location. However, Joe did a great job handling this and had the tires in the store by 12PM.

I have purchased tires and had service from many different auto related stores and this store has been the best yet!

He went above and beyond when we ran into an issue with the wheel locks on my car and the dealership was less than helpful! I will be coming back to visit this store and Jesse for years to come! The balancing service performed in my car was excellent. I had previously taken my care to Tires Plus and the vibration on my car beyond 65mph remained. After I took my car to Big O the vibration on my car at any speed was gone. Great job Big O.

Adam and Ricco provided excellent customer service today when I had an issue with my tire making a very loud noise. Turned out to be a rock stuck in my brake, Adam took the extra time just before closing to diagnosis what was cause the noise and remove the rock so I could continue on my way home. The next time I need service on my vehicle, I will be a customer.
