They were very friendly and mindful of my time; they worked me into their schedule to meet my time. Quick in and out oil change.

The service was excellent! I used the online appointment service and was able to get my car in right away. The job was done quickly and the customer service was great.

Due to a very bad experience at another location I haven't been to a Big O in years. As luck would have it, I broke down almost at their door, so I took a chance. I fully expected to end up paying a bunch of money no matter the issue, but Will and his crew surprised me. They discovered the issue to be part of a recall pertaining to my vehicle. They were honest, printed the recall paperwork for me and didn't charge me a dime. Plus, they were genuinely interested in making sure I was happy and satisfied. They are not authorized to perform the recall repair, but I don't care. What matters is finding an auto repair location that is honest and forthright. In an industry that can be plagued with land mines, it is great to find a safe haven! Thanks Will!

Joe was able to get me in early on the day after one of my tires got flat (and subsequently ruined) while driving. He was also able to help me get a better price on four brand new tires, and said he could get somebody to take me back to work if need be. They were all efficient and extremely helpful!

I brought my personal truck in to have the tires rotated and balanced. After driving the truck for a couple days I noticed a vibration. I brought the truck in again to have it checked out and it was found that both front tires were out of balance. I still have a small vibration that I believe is coming from the rear. Now given that I was not charged for the service due to the amount of business I give you through my company I appreciate it however I expect the work that I requested to be performed to the highest level as if I were paying for it because I would rather pay and get what I ask for than not pay and only get partial what needs to be done. This is the second time this has happened and I think it is in the order process because I don't see your employees intentionally not balancing tires on a job that specifically calls that out as a required function.

I just got a standard oil change and check up. The tech left grease all over my door handle (white car). Also the low tire light was on so I assumed they would fill them up with the oil change- they did not. Not a big deal but just something I thought they would check with there insepection- who knows what they actually inspected? But overall I love Big Ol' and I will continue to have my car serviced there.

I am pleased with the service. However I didn't receive the sticker for my next oil change so I'll just keep track of miles myself. Other than that, great job!

I first came to this Big O Tires in March to replace all my tires, everybody helping me was so friendly and you could tell they're not in the business to rip you off. They just want to help people, everybody gets treated the same way. Doesn't matter your age or gender and I love that.I will forever always come here before ever thinking about going anywhere else.

I used them few days ago to mount 4 new Pirelli Scorpion Verde (255/40 R19) tires in a 2014 Audi A6. They also balanced the wheels. The charges were very competitive and the time use to complete the job was very reasonable. I am not giving the rating of 5 stars and/or excellent service because I noticed that one of the wheels was scratched but honestly I do not know if it happened during the mounting of the new tire or before. Last year this shop also mounted new tires (255/50 R19) in a 2010 ML350 and also did its oil change and the srvice was excellent.

I brought my 1970 Challenger in for tire repair. They tried to start the car with the trunk key and broke it off in the ignition. That was the bad. The good was they accepted imediate responsibility. And fixed all the problems.

Travis and Bob work hard to make sure things are right. When a problem with a recent installation occurred they corrected the issue quickly.

So stoked whenever I see Bob cause he always makes the experience 100x better. I think the first guy who greeted me was Tien? That's what it said on the work order. Anyway, both people are totally excellent. However, Bob wins at customer service and making a bad situation awesome. I didn't experience anything bad this trip but he has rectified a number of situations when my wife brought in her car. I love this location and will continue to return!

Everyone was terrific. My car was serviced quickly. The guys were a pleasure to deal with.
