Big O Tires

Everything went great outside of when I left the store, my hood was not latched. I noticed it was unlatched when I was heading down the road. I pulled over at the first opportunity I could. I opened the hood and noticed my washer reservoir was not closed, which is why the hood did not latch. I realize the goal is to get customers in and out as quick as possible, but checking/validating things like a hood is latched.

As expected

I had a coupon for an oil change from Big O, and the price was great. I appreciated the job they did, including the things that came with the change (tire rotation, fluid checks). My one complaint is that I called to make an appointment, specifically so I wouldn't have to sit with my child for hours in the waiting room (I was told it would be a 45 min wait), but it still took them over an hour past my appointment time to even get my car back. We were sitting there for over 2 hours.

Unfortunately the shop made a mistake putting a tire back on - which could have been a real negative - however the manager Jason made sure Big O took complete responsibility to make sure things were made right. I was impressed and he was able to turn a negative into a positive.

The young man that helped was very clear about what they would do and how long it would take and they seemed to work as a team!

I came in to rotate my tires. They got right to them. Good job.

The sales staff was amazing ! They not only explained everything to me in detail but keep me posted on when my vehicle would be done . Thanks Big O !

Every one at this location is great, when we call in they always answer the phone with a friendly voice, when I drop vehicles they always take them in no questions, fast, friendly and courteous service, thanks Guys

My first time at Big O Tires was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a pretty long wait, but I definitely will be back!

This location is fantastic: not only was my car service was fast and detailed, but the staff was even better. From my initial phone call, to the day of my service both Dorrian Rouse and Joey Gallo were very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are awesome and I have full faith in all of the product they used, and the service they provided. Thanks Dorrian and Joey! You and your team are the best!

They've been repairing my old tires forever now I've got new ones!

The service was great and they got me out quickly.

I always use this location for getting my tires taken care of, in the past 3 years ive only had one bad experience but it was quickly taken care of!

Joe Gallo and his team were fantastic. I had a problem with a tire and they jumped right in and fixed it. This is one of the best working teams I have ever seen. I will be a long time customer for many years to come

Great experience for a walk-in. They took care of my car, inspected tires to make sure I didn't have something stuck in them- all for free while I waited.

Very easy to schedule, had what I needed, great communication and friendly staff.

They said it would an hour before they could get to the car but they were done in 50 minutes. Only compliant is it appears they have a cable box but they only have 4 working channels. Probably used just for antenna?
