I Always use this store when at work

Very easy to schedule, had what I needed, great communication and friendly staff.

Bought new tires from the Potomac/Arapahoe location last month. Got a flat in one of them; took it in really late 6:45 PM. The manager (I think his name is Grant) was really helpful and got us right in.

Great customer service and the staff was very knowledgeable.

They did a good job but when I got home my husband thought I had damaged my front bumper, black streaks of grease from one side to the other. They need to check or at least cover the area to prevent this. No damage just yucky.

Difficult AC repair but the staff and technicians did a great job of root cause and resolution.

I went during snow storm in and out. Quick and cheap

They listen and understand your issues.

Had a tire that was not patchable and they didn't push a tire sale on me. I will return when I am ready for tires.

I use them regularly because they do a very thorough job .

My co-worker Dave referred me to Big-O for oil changes- since then it’s the only place I have gone for oil changes and more recently, front brakes and then a battery. I’m a pretty busy person and always unsure about my schedule but you guys always seem to fit me in with a smile. I truly appreciate that I can make a simple call and say I'm on my way or just show up and it just works out.

The repair took a bit longer and was more expensive than they estimated, but overall a good experience (if having to get new brakes can be a good experience).

Derek was highly knowledgeable; however, I shouldn't have been charged for the alignment since I waited longer than necessary, then had to go to another store.
