Dorian ordered mismatched tires for my car. The fronts were all seasons and the rears were summer tires. Additionally, my car requires N rated matched tires, which should be common knowledge to a tire shop. He didn't even know what those were, and then claimed N rated tires were discontinued. The lack of knowledge about tires didn't inspire confidence. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the mistake until after I returned to work from picking up the car. That meant I had to drive back to the shop to have the correct tires installed. While it only took about 45 minutes, it was a hassle, and caused me to miss my son's event at school. I wasn't angry. I understand mistakes happen, but it definitely reflected poorly, especially considering I've used the other Big O on Arapahoe several times and never had anything but flawless service there.

Very happy with them. They quoted me 45 minutes walking in for an oil change. Only took like 20 minutes. Friendly service and reasonable prices too.

Great customer service from Joe Gallo, performed oil and filter changed, check and rotated my tires. Definitely recommend to family and friends. Will be back for future service requirements

I dont know if you top off fluids but mine were not and I discovered that the next day when it was snowing. I was angered. Also the associate that received my car put in the most expensive oil change that you charge for 139.99. was never authorized to do that. I did get a ride back to work while my new vehicle was getting an oil change and when I spoke to the manager the next day he offered me a free oil change but other then that no such a good first time experience...

Took 2 hrs to get tires installed. The tech was late to work. Seemed very confused as to what to do (I have a long arm Jeep Wrangler) when he got started. The tech spent a lot of time on his phone and having smoke breaks. There seemed no sense of urgency once he started working. A second tech arrived and they got the job done. I had to go back, they forgot to put my lug nut lock back in the Jeep. Everyone was very nice and the work seemed to be good, just very slow.

Used them 2 days ago and they took care of my wheels no problem. I would have given them 5 stars if one of them had remembered to call me and tell me they could not find a replacement wheel for my damaged one. I called them twice and they forgot to folow up. I had to get the wheel myself on craigslist. Their technitians are great but you really need to step up your follow through with customers. You can do it, guys.

Okay services: I know tire checks are free but I waited 20 minutes Thursday to be told it would be a 2 hour wait.So I made an appointment for the next day and still spent an hour there for a 15 minute job?

Positives: - The staff was friendly. - The initial installation was fast. - They obtained non store stocked tires the same day. Negatives: - One tire had an improperly tightened TPMS valve stem that leaked 10 psi overnight after tire installation. I could wiggle it and hear air leak. The 1st attempt to fix the problem the next morning was unsuccessful and I almost drove away to bring my daughter to day care with a major leak. I could hear the air leaking as I did a quick visual inspection of the repair. The 2nd attempt was successful. - A printout was not provided for the free alignment check as stated on website. The receipt said one was performed but I can't confirm that an alignment check was actually performed. My car was in the same bay the whole time. - The lug nuts were over-tightened. I remounted and torqued all the wheels at home and I had to stand on a 2 foot long breaker bar to remove them. Breakaway torque is always higher but these were excessive. Spec is 80 ft-lbs. There is no way I would have been able to remove them if I had a flat on the side of the highway with the short lug wrench in the cars kit. - A center hub cap was missing on one wheel after tire installation. The gentlemen at counter said he would reimburse me if I brought in a receipt (positive). - The prices stated on website are not what you will pay in store so do your homework before.

I had all four tires replaced and when the car was returned to me the air pressure signal in my car showed that a tire was low. I would expect on these newer cars with all the "indicators" that the service personnel would take the time to make sure that all is up to manufacturer expectations. If they missed this, what else was missed? or not given the attention needed? Also, I understand that my music preference may not be the same as the technician but my radio had been changed and not returned to the station I was listening to...it is my car, I feel like I should have been asked to use the radio. I would have been fine with it, but instead I felt like they were using my car amenities without asking and this was a violation of my ownership.

The checkout representative has lack of his knowledge on the system and takes almost 10 minutes to check me out. He didn't give me exact answer about the service done to my car. I wasn't sure whether the technician did alignment or not.
