Big O Tires

Customer service was good. I requested 4 new tires, check tire monitoring system, oil change, and asked for the free alignment check. I was quoted around $1,300.00 that included a $100.00 discount for doing all those items. Was told the tire monitoring sensor would be around $60.00. I was told my truck would be ready around 1pm-2pm. At 3pm I called and they said the truck was completed and that they had called me and left a message. I had no call nor a voicemail. Regardless, no big deal. When I got there and paid the bill it was $1,440.00. Not a huge deal because they actually completed an alignment. But I hadn't authorized that. And the ONLY reason I'm not saying the quality was not a 4 is because my steering wheel is now NOT aligned. Everything else was GOOD.

I have been coming to this store for almost 8 years now. I was very disappointed in my last visit to get new tires. When the techs were doing the inspection I was called and said they recommended doing the front brakes and rotors. I knew they probably needed to be replaced so I agreed. I did not get a quote for this service which was a mistake on my part. When I came to pick up my car they said they replaced the rear breaks, not the front. So there was miscommunication between the guys in the back and the person I spoke with on the phone. Also they decided to do a brake fluid flush as well. So they added on an $80 service that I did not agree to on the phone. When I said I didn't agree to that services on the phone, I was told it would increase my brake warranty. But wasn't apologized to for adding almost $100 to my bill without approval. Then when I got my car home it was leaking fluid. It turned out to be washer fluid. I find it interesting that there was no leak before I brought the car into BigO but after I get work done there is now a crack in the washer fluid reservoir. When I brought this to the attention to the guy who helped me I was bacially brushed off saying they didn't do any work in that area

Took in car for a tire that had a slow leak (12 hr from full to flat) and they said it was the valve stem. picked it up at 4:30 pm and by 9pm it was flat called and told them and i would be back at 7 am they said i would be added to the schedule.. I got there at 7:10 and car was not taken till 9:30. Then they found the culprit nail in tire. Should have been found first time around. Every body was super nice and very apologetic, but stil was inconvenient

I went to Big O today because I had a bolt/screw in my tire. I had the tire in the bed of the truck and was using my spare. Big O took care of me...again. They fixed my tire, put the spare back where it belonged (under the truck), and did not charge me (I did not buy my tires from them). Every time I go to this location I am treated great and the staff is friendly! Thanks again Big O! I will continue to use you to get my new tires (tires on another vehicle I have is from this location).

I was quoted for tire installation at a price 9 times higher than the place I ended up going to. Also I was incorrectly told I needed four new tires.

Outstanding customer service!

Since all big O tire shops are franchised this one may be the one to avoid. Good work but rude tech. Keep him in the back away from customers!

I drove in with a Big nail in in my tire and was in a hurry as I had an appointment to go to in an hour. They immediately went to work, fixed the tire and I was out the door in 20 minutes!

We are very frustrated at this point with this location which we have gone to for years. We really thought having this location handle our car was a great decision because the people are always so nice. Outside of an oil change, we no longer will recommend Big O. We had or oil changed in May which the at that point it was recommended our struts be replaced. We had noticed a humming nose from the front end and suggested checking the wheel bearings as wheel which is apart of your complimentary service check. We were told that the driver front wheel bearing "sounded" like it needed to be replaced, And so it was because we didn't know anything further. We got the car back and the noise was still there as well as our brakes squeaking like crazy. A week later, a family member (car mechanic) immediately diagnosed it as a differential issue and suggested a service. We talk to Big O and they agree. So we had Big O do that on Monday. And now the front is worse, squealing from the moment we drove it out of the parking lot after they closed. We haven't driven it at all since we drove it the .3 miles down the road. We are done with Big O. We feel used. And our car is seemingly worse off in the last four weeks since the services were done at Big O. We have asked to speak to Travis and have yet to receive a call back. We would like a refund on our last service done. It's the least you can do.

Car is ok but lots of oil drips in driveway. Could be worse. Motor only down a quart. $62 is a lot
