This is the second time I brought my jeep to this location. The first time the starter was replaced and a cable was not tightened correctly, so I had to bring the jeep back. This second time was for an oil change and to replace a tail light. Oil was spilled on the engine, so for several days I had the smell coming into the cab. Also the tail light was not replaced, so I had to replace it on my own.

Whoever helped me was not friendly at all. At least I got to see them perform work on my car through the little window in the waiting room. Next time I will wait for Bob to be there. The guy who helped me had a raspy voice and was extremely dismissive to some of my questions. Bob on the other hand has always treated me like I'm valued.

Speedy & Exceptional Service!! I came in for a tire leak & they fixed my car in under 30 min. Dorrian has great customer service and he remembered the call I made before had asking about availability which is a plus being that there was no appointment set for the visit. I would reccomend them again to anyone.

The service was completed, however, I never received a call that the service was done and to pick up the truck. I called three times at 6:00 in a panic letting it ring at least 10 times before someone final answered the phone. At least I realized it at 6:00 and not 7:00 as this location is closed on Sunday's and closes at 6:00 on Saturdays. The excuse was that no one was available at Enterprise to approve the PO so they just forgot to call me with barely an "apology". When I dropped the truck off I told them that I was not in a hurry and they could have it for the day, not through Monday. I have taken several of our work trucks to this location as I am the fleet manager for our office and it is convenient for me. The gentleman told me they performed the oil change, which I did appreciate, but I was furious that no one called me. I had to leave at 6:00 am Monday morning for a meeting in Durango with that truck, so I had to have the truck returned even if the service had not been performed. The three technicians in the front seemed to think it was entertaining that I was mad. I do not think it is appropriate behavior by anyone in a service industry to shrug off/roll your eyes/giggle at a customer's frustration about not being informed of a truck's status. This just seemed like it was not a big deal to them, when it was to me. I would hope that you train your personnel better to conduct themselves professionally in the future. Previous service had generally been good and at least professional, but I dont believe I will be returning with our fleet trucks or my personal ones after this experience.

Damian or Dorian the only person on duty that was not a technician was handling everyone and everything from customers to trash! He was awesome! Even gave me a discount for my wait time!

I had my tires rotated and balanced and had a terrible shimmie at 65 mph.Had to schedule an appointment to have work redone.OK now.This is work that should be correct the first time!

Had tires mounted, and the tire pressure alert was on. The service man told me the tire just had to warm up, and the alert would turn off. I warmed it up from Denver to Salt Lake City, and had to bring the van back. They then said there was a broken tire stem causing a leak, and replaced it. About 100 miles later my tire pressure alert came back on. I'll take it somewhere else to figure out the problem.

This store has been a great help. I had terrible issues at the Big O Tire on Smoky Hill, so refuse to go there. But have and am still having issues with my breaks. So hopefully my next appointment they can get it fixed. I think the quality/brand of rotors is bad as they are warping and they are farely new.

The service to my vehicle met my expectations; however, the customer service did not. I have been having my vehicles serviced at this location for years and every time, there has been no resistance to shuttling me to my workplace. In fact, this is the reason I chose this store. This time the store's manager was resistant to taking me to my workplace, requiring me to drive my vehicle and the mechanic. One result of this was I kept my key accidentally and ended up paying for an Uber ride to deliver it to the shop. The bottom line is I can get my oil and filters changed at Quickline or Jiffy Lube but the service I was paying for was the convenience of dropping off my vehicle, completing my work day, then picking it up afterward. I will likely not use this shop again for servicing my vehicles and buying tires because the service differentiator, the ride to my workplace, seems to be something the shop is no longer willing to provide or, if asked, will provide reluctantly.

Outstanding service from Joe Gallo. I came in for tires and prior to my purchase, we discussed what I wanted from the tires. The ones I chose were not in stock, so I made an appointment to get them the following week. Three or four days prior to my appointment, I received a text from Joe, saying they were in and I could come in sooner, if I wanted to. I chose to wait. Upon arrival, I was greeted, was told they would pull my truck right in and they began working. Before the service was completed, I was told there was a small oil leak/seep at the back of the engine and I should keep an eye on it. When we were completing the paperwork, Joe discussed what they had done and showed me the alignment report, showing everything was fine. My truck was waiting for me at the front door. I would definitely recommend this facility and return for future needs. Thank you.

I am completely fed up with this place and I really hope this review gets into the right hands to make some changes. I have complained to this store's management on a few occasions and nothing ever gets done. I want so bad to go to a different store but this one is near my home and job and I like the convenience and should be able to rely on you all to get my issues fixed. First issue I have is no one ever being available, for 2 weeks in a row now I come in early before my shift at around 7:15am and every time I get told, "I only have one tire tech, it will be 4 hours." How is that fair to me the customer, and that one tire tech that is alone and doing all the work. Once again I am coming to you all for convenience yet every time I get let down. Secondly, I'm embarrassed because I recommended you guys to my Fianc's brother. The 3 of us all came in a few days ago, he has a F150, and while I was looking around I noticed you guys have signs on your equipment that says you failed the most recent inspection! How are we supposed to be confident and trust you with something as important as our vehicles? What happens if it just falls out the air? What happens if it falls onto one of your employees, or customers? I spoke with my mother who has a friend that works for OSHA, and she suggested I call them, which I think I will do soon. That is so dangerous to everyone involved. Another issue I've had is your staff just not willing to help under any circumstance. I came in about 2 weeks ago for some air, on my lunch break so around noon. All I asked was can they check my pressure and give me some air until I get off and I will come back and get a new tire if I have to. He tells me to pull around to the back. I waited for about 30 seconds before I realized everyone in the back was busting their asses running around trying to get things done. About a minute pasts and a guy helped me with my issue before running back to finish what he was doing. I understand that is probably their job, but at my job we all work together. I don't care if I am a manager or a cashier, if the customer needs help we are all here to help the customer and each other. I don't think it was fair the 2 guys in the back were already running around like a chicken with the head cut off, while the other guys talked and sat around in the front. I felt so bad for even asking them to help me because they looked like they already had their hands full. I don't know who is running this place but I will get to the bottom of it. I could go on for days with all the bs I've been through over the last 6 months or so, and I think it is time my voice is heard.

Needed my tire fixed because there was a screw or bolt in it. Stopped by in the morning but told it would be an hour and a half. I asked could I schedule a time later that afternoon to get in and our faster. I was told yes and he opened a service request for when I called back in. I called later and was told over the phone no problem bring it in at 2:30. When I got there at 2:25 I was told it would be two hours. I expressed my concern I was not told about a wait like that when I called earlier. I was then given a bunch of excuses of how they were behind and short staffed which is fine but just tell me that. There was a second guy and he said that two hours is just an estimate and he would get me out sooner than that. Since I was going to be there a while, I asked if an oil change would add any time and I was told no. Happy to see my car was actually in the shop within 20 minutes and I was soon informed my air filter needed to be changed. I asked how much and agreed to change it. The next thing I know it is an hour and 45 minutes later. Nobody was at the front desk to get an update with three other people waiting for help. After another 10 minutes I was told they keep sending the wrong air filter and do I want to just cancel that. I said yes and left another 10 minutes after that to an appointment I had at 5:00 that I almost missed. Interesting part was I was charged for the oil change and not for the tire to be fixed since I got the tires from Big O. I actually came to this same location a few months ago for the same issue and they charged me. I was told they don't fix tires for free anymore and knew where I got the tires. I was rushing to my appointment and my tire sensor light came on as I was at 11 PSI (should be 35). I had to pull over and put air in the tire. It has been holding so it seems they just forgot to put air back in the tire. This was way too much work and stress for a very simple fix.

I was originally quoted a half hour for my appointment. My car want even pulled into the shop until and hour and a half late. Therefore the appointment took A total of two and a half hours. When I spoke to an employee to ask how much longer he shrugged his shoulders and walked into the shop area. Horrible customer experience. Not worth my time. If someone would have been polite when I asked for an update I would have been much more understanding.

Hoping 5 on last one is best! My 2016 Mercedes gl450 was treated as a well as any dealership! My new tires are terrific! They are perfectly balanced and filled! Thank you to the staff for getting my car on the road before the snow!
